So I just read an interesting article in today's Orlando Sentinel. There's a recent study confirming that pesticides are a potential cause of Parkinson's. They also in a very sly way slip in that this is along with "other numerous chemicals" that mysteriously play the role as well.
It's no secret that in my life I have snorted enough blow to impress Escobar. I have met so many PD patients that share a similar background. The doctors are somewhat reluctant to talk about it but I bet there's a correlation.
I forgot to write - I joined another forum (calm down, im not cheating on you), it's a Parkinson's forum. And I must say, they FUCKING BLOW! I posted that I was newly diagnosed and my first reply to me talking about my fear was a fucking senior member stating...

WTF are they talking about! What a cold, rude, fucking nasty reply. I'm about to tell the MOD to go fuck yourself.

Same thing happened to me when I went to a Rheumatoid Disease message board. I just said screw it. I don't need that kind of support. Some of these people are real assholes.
I had a great experience on an hiv dedicated site . I was told "no sharing anecdotal Knowledge only medical Facts " . So I asked , WTF i'm not a doctor ? And was promptly Banned .

with that being said, T I hope the cat's are ok. I have dogs and try to do my best to keep them safe. One ate a lizard the other day and it got him stoned! I'm real strict with my exterminator about what he uses. You never know....

I know someone who would tell you it was because the coke was cut with Mannitol which he says is as bad for you as nutra-sweet but thats all anecdotal .

The ingestion of neuro-toxins just seems like a recipe for disaster.
MSG, artificial sweeteners, "natural flavors", hydrolized soy proteins... I'd be a little concerned about GMO grains, especially "roundup ready" varieties..
anyway, anything that fucks up the nervous system seems like, eventually, one would end up with a fucked up nervous system.
Me, I have fibro, which is a very fucked up nervous system, and CMP, chronic myofascial pain, which is even more fucked up than fibro...
I absolutely love MMJ... the more I learn about it, the more I think every person on the planet should be using it to some degree, for the adaptogen qualities. It calms the nerves for me.

Wouldn't it be cool if this were the side effect! (Yes, I know...showing my age. I did like this show, though.)
They use worse crap than mannitol in most cases, unfortunately. Not to mention the diesel and other crap they use to produce it in the first place. Yuk.

I wonder what shit some growers spray on pot. Some I'm sure are not very organic minded when it comes to pesticides particularly, and breathing it in vs eating it on corn or whatever = ??? (not saying this is a PD issue just a general concern I have).
Edit: Some people wash and dry their weed like they do fruits and vegetables. But think of all those beautiful triches going down the drain
