Firewood Vaporizer

Late to the game with the FW9 but I’m really happy I just bought one to add to the FW collection….I wanted to get one before stock goes once the 10 is out, presume that might have been the case ? But I’ll have to start saving for the 10….just got a soft spot for wooden vapes and I’ve always loved what Marc produces.

I’m still really enjoying my FW4, simple and works beautifully, I have the 6 and 7 too, the 6 is a little temperamental but they’re all in rotation.

I decided on the bowl version, looking forward to join you guys now.

Do you think the price of Firewood 10 will be stronger than the 9 version? Can anyone remember the history of price changes for previous versions?

I'm not sure what you mean by stronger? but the price will be higher most likely... FW9 was higher and only dropped more recently, after holiday sales... there have been early bird specials in the past for new releases

For what it's worth I just looked and I was an early bird for the 8. It was $312 for the base unit and 1 battery. We got a discount on the accessories and I belive the unit itself was the same price as release.

Here I was eyeing up a Solo 3 and now they gotta tease a FW 10!? God it looks amazing too with the bigger button improving the only real flaw I saw with the FW 9. I have to wonder, would the top being removable just like the battery make it more fragile?
My F9 has taken a couple (thankfully not too high up) falls and it's pretty sturdy for being relatively tiny.

Depends on what’s in the top, if it’s empty it’ll potentially be more fragile, but I don’t remember any of the firewoods (maybe the 6?) having that much empty space. I’d expect that the tab on the top slider might be somewhat prone to breaking like with the FW7, but the body of the device will be overall sturdier, or at least as sturdy as the ceramic inside.

Smells like popcorn
I'd been eyeing the Firewood series for a little while but always managed to put off buying one until I saw this beauty up for sale second hand. The wavy grain had me sold immediately. I personally love the FW7's form factor the best so this is an ideal unit for me.

The performance is really off the charts, too. The way it drains a battery is enough proof of the heater's power.

Cheers, everyone!

Friends, impatiently waiting for Firewood, I'll ask you some questions here:

1) Don't you think that the Firewood -10 is thicker because it now has 2 18650 batteries?

2) I don't fully understand, it has an on-demand mode. Is there a session mode? Is the number of button presses like a stepwise temperature change?

3) An extremely important question - Does firewood allow you to stretch 1 full bowl for 2-3 sessions? Is there anything useful left in the bowl after the first session, if it is completed on time? I would really like to know if Firewood 10 will allow me to avoid overcharging in the evening or if it will behave like a Dynavap that only lasts for one session. In the second session, there is no fragrance left in it. And both Dynavap and Firewood are conductive devices

4) Who bought Firewood earlier - do you remember if you need to pass an age verification WHEN PAYING (not when logging in to the site)? There is no problem with my age, I am an adult, but since I am in Europe and will buy with intermediate delivery via mail forwarder, for me, checking the age when buying can "put an end" to the purchase of the device...Please remember, was it necessary to check the age when buying Firewood?

1) No, only 1 batterie 18650.
2) It's an on demand vaporizer with hybrid heating system. You press the button to start heating, and it stops when you release the button.
You can change presets easily by speaking to the device (by pressing the button according to its code/langage, explained in the manual).
3) as it's an on demand vaporizer, you can stretch the session as you see fit. But since it's a conduction heater, you may lose a little along the way.
4) i don't remember, just do a test.

I checked it out..The Firewood website requires you to upload a document with a photo , in which the address must match the address indicated for the delivery of the goods.. The delivery address of my product belongs to my mail forwarder...:hmm:I can't imagine how I can buy Firewood -10... Has anyone bought Firewood from Europe? Guys, how do I complete this quest?

I'm in Europe and i don't remember i had to do this when I went shopping. Maybe it's a new set of rules.
If I were you, I'd send Marc a message and check with him directly.

I've already asked one question -I sent an email listed on the website a couple of days ago. I did not receive a response…

I have never had to upload a photo to any vape site that uses age verification. I have been asked a couple of times but it was only when I screwed up my birth date or address it something.

Now it might be the case that you can't purchase a Firewood using a mail forwarder. I know that many sites flag that as fraud. Mail forwarders are often used for transactions on stolen credit cards. Other scams also apply.

You probably don't need to download the documents because you are located in the USA. My ip address is not the USA. Regarding mail forwarders, I bought a lot of products for vapers in well-known stores here and the problem described above did not arise. The stores sent orders to my name, to the mail forwarder's address.

What kind of scams can we talk about? I have money, I am ready to pay it with a card in my name. Next, the product is sent to the mail forwarder's address and he forwards the product to me in Europe. What's wrong with this scheme?

In general, I'm at a loss...

I'm not describing legitimate use cases for mail forwarders above. The most common are stolen credit card purchases. He forwarder is used to hide the identify of the thief. There are other scams as well but probably not on-topic for the thread.

It sounds like you might not be able to get a Firewood with your current system. You may have to look to the secondhand market or possibly have a friend purchase and mail it for you. I admit I've done gone through a lot of steps to get an artisan vape that I really wanted. Although I don't think that's for everyone.

I heard you...If you've come a long way, I can imagine what I'll have to go through to get Firewood-10. I repeat, my credit card is in my name, the shipping agent's address is in my name...I can show my country's documents, where my address and details will be visible...

I can't buy a used device because there may be problems at customs.Even a small residual amount of THC in the device can lead to problems with law enforcement agencies...

If someone could help me with the purchase, I would be happy...:поклон::поклон:
