Oh, guys, I'm so happy! I was also included in the pre-order, and I also received an email and an early purchase offer. I have now paid for the Firewood X order! 
Surprisingly, the payment was successful, despite numerous problems earlier! I think I understood the reason for the problems - the recipient of the order and the payer must be the same person. I did, but there was an extra letter in the name of the recipient of the order. Also, I used a paid VPN with a US ip.
What worries me now is that Firewood X is similar to version 7 according to Mark, does this mean that capsules will not be supported? I always use capsules on all my devices..I also don't understand if I should buy a set of capsules from version 8/9 now, so that I can use them immediately with version 10? I have sent these questions to Mark and I hope the delight will not give way to disappointment...
Also, earlier I made a correct assumption that the increased width of the new device is a hiding place for flowers (I said it was for capsules)
It's a strange feeling when you already have a bunch of expensive vapes, like a child, looking forward to a new toy... But I fell in love with firewood right away, even if they disappointed me, the emotions of waiting were worth it)

Did you buy it sight unseen? Didn't see the marketing page up on his site yet.

Mark acted honestly - he offered the devices to beta testers. And we are not talking about a full-fledged release. Therefore, there will be no complete information on the site. After all, this is just a preview release. He spoke about it honestly in a letter.
Given the reliability of its devices and the visual beauty of the latest version, a quick payment is not objectionable.

We aren't beta testers, that's been done. The concern Marc has is that beta testing may have missed something before it hits the wild and gets way more use. It happens with the fw7 well after it had hit market. We also received a lot more info and images before the fw8 was available for pre-order. I'm not concerned myself, but this comment makes think you have your wires crossed here.

After all, in fact it is.The 8/9 capsules definitely aren't fitting, that much is for sure. I'm also highly doubtful other branded ones would work effectively due to the hybrid nature of the device and the taper you mentioned. The bowls on the 7/8/9 are quite small as well, I can't think of any capsules I have that would fit either of mine.

I have a plan in case there is no capsule system. Then I will order the manufacture of a custom insert in the oven, either into which a small amount of a flower can be filled, or into which capsules from Fury or Xmax can be inserted. The question is in the material of this insert. The steel expands greatly when heated and can break the furnace. Also, the advantages of the ceramic bowl will be lost...

I should have added @WhyWhyWhy? ’s quote above I was replying regarding inquiry of capsule use in the FW X, but I agree capsules are not needed, nor would they fit most likely. Regarding the 7 though, I have found that Xlux Roffu / XMax v3 pro capsules will fit albeit quite snug in the oven. I’ve tested fitament, but never tried as I find capsule use tedious in most cases.

Yes, a small capsule in a large bowl is not very good. But if the free space of the bowl is filled with ceramic or steel, it may work. That's my backup plan. Carve out a steel insert for the capsule so that it fits snugly in it

I'm a late adopter to the firewood game and have bought them used off the exchange, how did you buy yours? Does he release them on a certain day and its first come first serve or do you need to get a special invite? Also, i might have missed it on the page but where did you see details about the herb storage?

I asked nicely through email after purchasing a 9 to be on the waiting list for a 10 since I liked it so much. He replied saying no plan for 10 yet but would make a list and put me on it! Just placed my order

I don't know if he is interested in selling more Early Adopter kits, but I'm trying to use this opportunity to be patient and wait for more information

Yeah I am happy to wait, given my current situation, I didn't need to get in early and didn't feel like I could put in the necessary testing time to help out much now anyway so did not reach out directly... FW9 was worth waiting for, and I'll probably have FWX eventually too (still want autofire though!)
Again, as I was explaining before, FW 8/9 are not capsules in the traditional sense, they are not useful in any other thing, they are removable chambers... If this one does not have a removable chamber, it cannot be fully cleaned the same way, but it sounds like the chamber is upgraded and so is the heater?
I think you should give up this dream of getting the capsule in there and just learn to use it as it is designed... It's always humorous when people discuss modding of a vape they do not even have in hand yet... Perhaps I don't fully understand, but what you described is not sound feasible at all
