Shit, the crack comes from the inner side
I don't recall hearing often that a burl has cracked so I wouldn't worry. Beautiful piece!

Turn it down. My older unit was comfortable up to 7.5 whereas my newer unit can combust at over 6.5.I've had my nano for about a month now. I'm quite pleased with it with one exception. Every so often when I am between 7 and 7.5 I get combustion...no flames, just smoke. Then the very next hit...vapor. Weird...This never happened with my previous nano except if I had accidentally knocked the dial up to 9 or so. Not sure what's going on. I'm not taking really slow breaths nor is my herb touching the heater. Any ideas?
It's moving ...
Will stand by her but it is painful to see that.

I've been wondering the same. Mine is a walnut and I'm praying it doesn't split.I know climate impacts the life of a Nano's shell, but could the fluctuation of temps (from cutting the unit on/off) cause it to crack as well?

Thanks for the advice. The newer unit definitely runs hotter than my previous nano.Turn it down. My older unit was comfortable up to 7.5 whereas my newer unit can combust at over 6.5.
Now my little "vape station" is complete.
Can anyone compare the performance of the enano to the Tubo Evic? Thanks!
Anyone know how long it usually takes Epicvape to ship? I'm not complaining or anything, just trying to plan around some stuff happening this week and next weekend.
[edit] never mind, it shipped today! Ordered on a Friday, shipped next business day.
Hey guys!
When you clean the stems, do you remove the outer silicone thingy?
Hi!
I got this stem as a backup and It came with one of the ends broken off so I finally just added the red "O" rings and a cover over the broken end. Anyways the mixed bag of silicone parts has lasted just fine with daily ISO cleaning.
Hi!
Do you dip the stem in iso or just wipe everyday?
Thanks!
Hi there! We're experiencing some website issues that have lead to some mail issues. I am actually finally able to see your two emails this morning. So look for a response shortly but I will post some of it here in case anyone else has the same issues you're experiencing.
1. Our product page does show that it is a 110v product and the FAQ section also states you will need a converter. We do not sell converters however, many people on here use them and may be able to suggest a budget friendly option.
2. Your item is most likely still in customs waiting for you to pick up. This happens quite a bit and you should receive a message from your local office letting you know if there are any applicable duties/taxes due.
I hope this helps!
