We got off on the wrong foot but we are all part of the same nano club now, cheers bro!
How will this pair with the nano?
It's all good, man! Know it can be tough, but you may want to wait until you get your nano before deciding on a bubbler. One of the best things about the nano is the incredible flavor. Don't know that all agree, but IMO more diffusion leads to less flavor. Think you'll be pretty impressed with it coming from the EQ - even more so the solo. nano dry really isn't that bad, just make sure you have a glass of water nearby because longer sessions do tend to dry you out a bit. Actually, waiting a bit may work in your favor in another way. There are many cheap Chinese pieces that pair well with the nano, but they are on holiday over there right now. So, probably not much leaving the country for a week or two. If you go that route, my personal suggestions would be either the D-020D or GB-187 as a decent starter piece. Many posts about each over in the
Cheap, high-quality bubbler?? thread. They take a little while to get to you, but either of those is less than $50 shipped.
Then again, seems many can't resist all the pretty percs and bubbles in higher diffusion pieces. Plenty of those cheap from China, too. If the flavor aspect isn't important to you, I think the nano should cloud up anything short of a 4 foot tube. Just keep in mind, more bubbles and stacking is probably going to take away flavor.
Crotch Walnut Exotic arrived yesterday! I am super impressed with the turn around and the quality of this thing. Only have a quick flash pic for now. Doesn't do it justice. Will try to get some sunlight pics later this week.
Thanks

Another BEAUTY!!! Lots of pretty nanos shipping out these days. Congrats
@xer0 , and welcome to the club!
I wonder how many have done what you do (24/7) for over a year? If still fine then it must show how reliable the heating element is yeah!?
I think there are quite a few. Mine is on 24/7, usually between 6 - 6.5, for almost two years now. Only times I usually turn it off is if it is leaving the house, or I won't be home for more than 20 - 30 hours. I try to remember to turn it down below 5 when I'm done with it, but that rarely actually happens. It really doesn't get too hot, is always ready to go, and I agree wholeheartedly with
@hafalump - it is a nice handwarmer whether you're buzzed or not. With this frigging arctic winter, I sometimes pick it up and hold it on my chest or neck. Kinda sappy I guess, but very comforting! Just make sure you don't let any hair touch the heater. One time of that horrid stink was enough to learn my lesson.
DOH!! Almost forgot... I do think leaving it on all the time is a little harder on the finish, but don't have a point of comparison. I only wax mine with beeswax every couple months and it still looks great!
