I noticed someone else finally got a response and replacement for the sub-par gongs. I sent an email to nadia@epicvape.com and no response. This is how it seems to go. Hopefully someone will see this.
My recent gong isn't as good as the two I bought last year around this time. This one is just ever so slightly wider, and a touch shorter.

That water tool is my fav! @lazylathe hooked me up with his and it's still going strong. How did you even break it?
My poor nano is in need of new glass. I still got my stem's that came with it over a year ago. I really wan't some that will fit both nano and Arizer Air.
My 2 gong's (and stems) from a year ago fit the Solo (and Air) no problem. My new gong from a few weeks ago doesn't fit either one. It's a crap shoot, or the newer gong's are thicker.
I am hoping my new GonG is much better. I have blown about a half g of kief into the water,
in the last week arrgh.
I feel your frustration, as I have lost many goodies to baskets falling down to the bottom, mostly while stirring.
