I used it only five min for the moment but there was ni hum ni buzzz ni other sesible noise-vibration, and it has a security interruptor.
On the other hand it is kind a big heavy old time power supply, and yes
I'm finally a proud nano owner too It is gorgeous, the wood grain of premium walnut is simply wonderful even better than the main photo on the e-shop as someone already said, i'm looking forward to sunday when I will pass some time playing with it.

so i managed to have a sesh with the nano and the dh gate j hook, dry and with a little water and must say im impressed.
much smoother than the stock wand/tube. and the nano seemed to be at home sitting on top.
ive tried to link a couple of pics showing the set up and the step down plug im using.
must say didnt bother taking a video of the step down plug due there being no hum or noise to record. even with my ear up to it when on at 10!!
unsure if this is due to the type of step down ive got or my area i dont know, but honestly no hum.
anyone thinking of getting a nano do it if you are in the US or the EU where ever just buy one they are awesome.
also definitely recommend the j hook as the first upgrade if anyone is thinking of getting one, dh gate or where ever you get it from.
as for the dh gate j hooks them selves work nice both ways dry and with water, they are not pretty but v cheap and easily worth the money for a beginner j hook.

The stepdown doesn't make any discernible noise, I've heard digital clocks humm louder. Maybe you could notice it at 2am when everything is quiet but I can't stay up that late at the moment because of the nano. There's a boring British guy with a stepdown on YouTube if you search for it, he does turn it on but I don't think you can hear it. Mine was only around $20 from WallCann, they were fast & helpful. The nano has a long cord so I can sit my stepdown near the outlet & all I see is a tiny E-Nano & I can't hear anything. Also I'm pretty sure my girlfriend would be complaining if it was noisy. Hope that helps.
Personally I think it's safer to buy one with replaceable fuses but that's just my opinion.

I ordered my last bubbler on November 23rd. I think I win. Tracking expired a few weeks ago & they just refunded it which was nice. Now I get to start the whole process again.
It was for the nano I'm not getting off track.

my d020 fell off the side yesterday so my girlfriend and I have ordered again, because the j hooks came so quick weve ordered the d020-d from sunshinestore.
should be here in two weeks.
glad weve got the j hooks now.
just waiting on the ashcatcher and the reducers. be ironic if reducers turn up today when the d020 is in a box in a million pieces.
it is about time something got smashed, been using vapes for nearly three years and never smashed anything.
day off work today.....wake and bake with e nano is in on the cards :-)

Lol Well my step down vibrates quietly, maybe I'll try another. It does get some serious use though 
I'm more worried leaving this on than leaving the nano plugged into it and do unplug it at night or when I go to work, but it gets left on about 10 - 18 hrs a day, every day since I got it in August last year. It does get warm, but not hot - even after that long.
Having said all that the hum wouldn't be loud enough to pick up on a video (well with my phone anyway) and certainly can't be heard unless you're very close to it in a silent room.

Just got mine about an hour ago. I concur with this summation.
This thing is a beast. Blows the Solo away on my D020-D. Powerful. Instant. Smooth. Wow. I can see how efficient it is, just a tiny bit of herb against the screen and huge clouds.

Guys is there a consensus on the best method of vaping KiefKief? I tried a small piece of cotton as a buffer between the element and the kief but had less than desirable results. Perhaps I need to use more Kief (I was barely using any). Mild short lasting high and light vapor. dial was at a 6.5 after preheating at a 10 for 10 minutes.

Kiefkief? Is that just regular kief or some fancy legal med state product?
For kief and oil if I use the dry stem I just hold the nano slightly inverted like a drink... Like those old mountain dew commercials... I feel so extreme when I do it.... I really never lean my head down to hit the dry stem anyway...

Edit2: i put the nano down for a sec and kief definitely fell into the element because vapor was coming out when it took the stem off.. will it get clogged eventually?

I love my fiddleback maple. I first ordered walnut but then thanks to @snackmaster I looked at the exotics and decided to change my order. It was kind of tricky getting an answer (emailed I think two or three of the email accounts, called; no answer) but PM worked and this was during the CES show so I totally understand probably alot goes into attending and participating in a show like that. Regardless, @ACE OF VAPE found a fiddleback maple very quickly, it was out of stock when I ordered it 
. Once shipped USPS priority took 1 day!
Only problem is the smooth finish gets these spots every so often, I rub it and the spots disappear and it becomes smooth again. IDK much about wood or what could be causing this? I like the smooth finish and hopefully it will stabilize.
EDIT: As I keep using it, the spots are not appearing as frequently. So if it keeps this up were all good,
