Im sorry for the post above Im new here and don't know how to delete the post i just made. I have a couple of questions.
1. How do I delete the post above which was a mistake?
2. I ordered the standard cherry wood Nano last weekend(Aug, 8) and it still has not come. It says on his site that it shipped wednesday and I selected the only shipping option which was 2 day priority mail shipping and surprised that it still has not come. My patience is being tested because people in foreign countries are seemingly getting it faster then me(New York) although I could be wrong on that. I've sent 1 or 2 email to Andy for any shipping info and no response Im assuming he's not getting them as I've seen the same among other FC members not getting responses. He said I would receive and email but still have not. How much longer should i expect to wait for the glorious Nano until I call Andy or try to get a response?
3. I should also point out I put the wrong email when i ordered but corrected it on the site account a day later but I don't know if Im just missing emails or something

Any help would be great. Thanks

I've been having significant trouble with customer service with my recent order. Mine arrived broken, with a power cable plug that won't stay in the connector and it appears to not work effectively. Even with it like 1mm from the herb with it on ten it fails to make any significant vapor. I have emailed Andy and Nadia and offered a replacement but haven't gotten any confirmation of shipping. Frustrating experience so far.

To have a post deleted, just hit the "report" link at the bottom of the post and the staff will remove it for you. You can also edit a post for 6 hours in order to avoid back-to-back posts.

Mine took forever too, but I blame USPS, it was in their hands. They are probably tired of sending so many nanos out, :D

I am on the east coast.

It was longer than expected, but I had no worries. Andy included a note apologizing for the wait, but I imagine he was simply overwhelmed with work (on top of dealing with website/internet issues) the last weeks.

bout a week ago, I got a note stating my account was updated with reward points, and my order would be processed soon.

The two day shipping did take 3+ days, but no big deal as I was tracking it the whole time.

I am putting mine through a marathon, definitely gets warm to the touch. :)

I do not have a great fit with the gong into blubber joint, it seems too small and ends up just resting on the rubber grip, so I need to press the bowl down while using it for a good seal.

I am not sure if it is the seal, but I find myself using the dry stem far more.

does anyone know if Andy offers some kind of trade in/upgrade for v1 owners? figure i will send him an email on monday, but the thought just entered my head and now i'm curious :D

Why trade in your v1?
I have an early Nano and no problems at all.
I think it's the same heater the
only difference I thought was a new more flexable power cord.
And the detachable power cord.
And a black bottom?
I have to send mine in for a new power cord and the switch (cracking) maybe switch the bottom cover to black.
 
I just got shipping notice that something special is on the way. I got some beautiful afzalia burl from Snappo. Super fast too. I think it was only 5 days from ordering from Snappo to getting shipping notice from Epicvape saying my custom made, one of a kind e-nano is on its way. I have no idea what Andy will come up with. Should be a beaut! will get back with the obligatory photos once it arrives

Also to those saying they are having trouble communicating with Epicvape I advise you not to despair. This is my second e-nano and if you read back you will find comments where I was unhappy. Be patient because once you get this vaporizer you will be very glad that you did. It is an exceptional product and very moderately priced considering its overall quality. I think that as it's popularity increases it will become a tough item to get. If you have ordered one don't worry, it will arrive and you will be pleased.

...and growing! :) @Snappo hooked me up with a beautiful blank yesterday and shipped within moments. Also have a blank going to @Ed's TnT for a stem/wong. Couldn't resist after seeing all the pix and videos posted up here (yep, that includes you @Caligula ). :lol:

@ACE OF VAPE you do some eye-popping work! Am very excited to know this is in the works.

Also wanted to say thanks to those who posted in this thread. Lot's of great info posted here! :nod:

Well I pulled the trigger on one of Andy's Exotic Nano's last Wednesday and I am happy to say my Nano was in my hands yesterday. I couldn't ask for faster shipping, Thank you Andy.
After reading most of the replies here I decided the Nano was for me. Being this is my first vape (dr's orders) I have never really tasted what my meds should taste like, it is nothing like smoking the taste is incredible. Also being new to vaping I thought it would be a hard to use but once I hit it I wasn't worried anymore. I do recommend buying at least 1 extra adjustable stem because one broke (dropped) last night in a session. I am in the process of taking pictures in natural sunlight to show the beautiful work Andy does.

Are there any cleaners that are safe to use on the nano?

I used it with dirty hands and somehow stained it or something. I would really like to restore the beauty of the walnut and stop kicking myself

Try with a warm damp cloth first. I would be hesitant of using very abrasive chemicals on the finish.

Ya clearly hes not the healthiest individual. I was just trying to exaggerate my point that the nano is smoother than people think.
