Yup, the temp control will click into setting 0, which is completely off. Mine also has a dead zone at setting 5 so that when you turn it down to 5 from a higher setting, the knob will stop and stay on that setting reasonably firmly. Handy for leaving my Nano on setting 5 when not in use, I can do it by feel rather than looking at it
I should point out for international customers that if you are using a cheap and nasty stepdown transformer that does not isolate the 220/120v circuits, you may run the risk of damaging the transformer/Nano if you leave it plugged in and running long term. Many cheap 40-50w non-isolated stepdowns are clearly labelled 'not for continuous use'. Leaving the Nano on is the coolest feature about the machine, choose the right stepdown to make sure you don't miss out!
The warm up time on vapes is the one thing that can bother me compared to combusting. As an ex doobie toker who would generally smoke 2-3 joints at a time, my usage case demands constant, readily available tokes. The Nano delivers this perfectly
The fact that I had gone back to joints while I was waiting for my replacement Nano dimmer (til I got the Lotus, cheers again @
canj00digit? ) made me really appreciate the Nano all the more. Ponying up for an ounce of bud every week for my ridiculous joint habit is just unsustainable! Can't believe I did it for so long!
