For Aussies or Europeans who are interested, (and only after I have fixed my E-Nano to proper working order with stock parts) I am thinking of discussing with Andy about which parts would need to be changed to convert the E-Nano to 220v.
I can see that 220v cartridge heaters of the same size (2" height by 1/4" diameter) are readily available. We would presumably need to calculate the relative wattage to get the same heat out of a 220v cartridge as we get out of the standard 120V E-Nano cartridge. However, from my brief looking at different heater cartridges, most seem to have a 220V and 120V version, so we could hopefully use the tried and true 220V version of the same heater!
My dimmer seems to be operating perfectly, and appears according to Zing Ear (manufacturer) to be rated to work with 220v (however we need to confirm that there aren't separate 120V and 220V models). I am unsure about the LED having any issues with 220v, it did seem to work just fine the limited time I had it running, but these are the only electronic components in the device. Aside from this, obviously the cable would need to be replaced.
For those interested, the number of Amps that should be drawn to power the standard unit at setting 10 should be just about 0.12295A, down to 5 decimal places (15w max/120VAC). This could help anyone who has a multimeter, but not a kill-a-watt to measure the draw of their unit.
oh Please do, I was chatting to him about a 220 V version too a few weeks ago and he mentioned increased intrest

Just checked the resistance on the heater and it returned the appropriate reading, it isn't damaged. However, my dimmer isn't dimming the light, and has a small burn mark on the back of the circuit board inside. The voltage readings I was getting from it at setting 1 and 10 were mathematically impossible for a device that is meant to bring an electric light from almost off to complete brightness, it only allowed for alternating between about 14w (at level 1!) and 15w (at level 10!).

My experience was I ordered on the 24th of Feb, paid the base international shipping (USPS First Class), and received my parcel yesterday, I'm very happy with that.
Talked to Andy and he sorted out my GonG issues very quickly and is sending me replacements.
I couldn't ask for better customer service than that. Thanks dude.
Did my first wake and vake with the E-nano today. It's just soo much easier and pleasant to deal with than my Cloud+. Though the Cloud+ still seems to me to be a slightly bigger hitter, the E-nano is within 90%, uses less material, and is much easier to handle/use in all aspects. I can see breaking out the Cloud+ a few times a week but, as of now, I think the E-nano is my new daily driver.
The sweet spot so far for me for flower continues to be 7.5 with the basket screen about halfway in the Adjust-a-Bowl gong. That's probably in the high(ish) range for flower use but I am a higher temp kind of guy though, I like to cash the bowl out in two hits. I've gone to 8 however without combusting, but I could tell any higher at all, or too slow a pull, and I would possibly combust.

Andy no doubt has the best service I have ever witnessed with electronic products. I used to work as a technician/warehouse manager 6 years ago (different electrical appliances though). I cannot possibly imagine how his service could be any better.
He has always been reasonably prompt answering emails, and given that his is a one-man operation, I think he does very well to keep up. He knows his product like a true artisan, he is extremely forthcoming with any information that can help any issue I've run into, he gave me a free upgrade to an exotic E-Nano when I first purchased.
The reason I go to great lengths to stress these aspects is I think that they deserve special recognition. This is the sort of business that should be rewarded!

Anyone who is considering buying an E-Nano, do it. You won't be disappointed with the product, and the service is better than you could ever expect to find. This is the sort of help you'd expect from a friend, not a business to which you have no acquaintance.
I am happily going to purchase 2 replacement gongs (18mm all glass and 14mm adjust-a-bowl), I have a keck clip which will provide a good way to pick up a hot, recently used gong without dropping it on the tiles like I did!
EDIT: Aussies - DO NOT USE First Class International with USPS unless you want to wait 2 weeks or more for your item. Andy will happily organise express mailing. Mine was an extra $25, would you rather pay $25 and wait a fortnight, or pay $50 and wait a few days, if it is the difference between using your nano or not, how much will you spend on additional herb consumed if you are without the Nano for a fortnight? My E-Nano came in 3 Australian business days from when I paid for it!!! Email him for a quote to your area as postage may vary if you live in a more distant part of Australia from him and work it out

Diagnostic info for all e-nano users:
If you ever have problems with your device, have basic electrical knowledge (especially safety knowledge! Use rubber gloves for the love of christ, this is AC powered!) and a multimeter handy. Here are ways to test components are working properly.
Dimmer - The dimmer should change voltage from 10-15V at setting 1.5 to approximately 110-120V at setting 10 (Thanks to @Dafni for these readings from their working Nano!) . To test this with the multimeter, set your meter to AC voltage and connect banana leads to appropriate meter sockets, then measure from the solder joins on the bottom of the circuit board in the dimmer where the power cable is connected to the circuit board and leads out towards the main wooden piece.
Heater - Set your leads and meter to test for resistance. You should get a reading of about 550 ohm touching your pins to the wires on the bottom of the heater element. You must measure resistance without the heater being wired to the rest of the unit. You must be careful not to touch the bare wires on the heater nor the bare ends of your testing prongs from the meter with your skin or anything else conductive, it will alter your reading.
Using a kill-a-watt - Your unit should draw 15w in total when set to heat setting 10. If it is not, you have a faulty component somewhere!

I agree with all that.
Andy's customer service is particularly good when compared to the average business here in Oz IMHO.
As for the First Class postage, I'm a patient dude I guess cause I've never had a problem waiting 2 weeks.
I expected to wait that or longer for the E-Nano but it came in 9 days.I've had items ordered from the same state I'm in take that long to arrive.
BUT, I agree, why not go the Priority for only $25 more. I probably would have had it been a cart option but I am too lazy to email the store etc.

Very nice! Great idea to re-purpose your Herc coils.
I've been trying some fine stainless wool. At first I packed it too loosely and the oil ran too much. But after compressing it into a tighter plug it has worked pretty well. I just wish I had more/better meds to test it with at the moment. Right now only a little shatter and some ABV oil (disgusting but medicating).
I picked the 316L stainless fine wool up from here:

Oh man, there is nothing sadder than looking at a damaged E-Nano. I found a burned resistor on the circuit board in the dimmer switch. The dimmer has gone the way of all flesh! Also, I suspect the variable resistor (key part in dimmers which is adjusted by the dimmer control/knob) was damaged, there is white residue around the outside of it.
The heater has appropriate resistance and is unharmed, and the light globe is working fine That, my friends, is the sum of all the electronics in the device. Now to hopefully get a dimmer/power cable sent out and attach it to my E-Nano.
Thanks for putting up with my bajillions of posts in this thread, I hope the diagnostic info I got is useful. I've also managed to surmise that converting the unit to 220v will be a matter of finding an appropriate 220v heater, 220v light globe and 220v dimmer to be used.
Edit: Just heard back from Andy, we are agreed that the dimmer is the issue, organising, to get new gong and dimmer express posted out. Again, I cant imagine better service!
