Thanks for the detailed and informative response. Yes, this is for at home use so I’ve decided to go with the M entry level and then just accessorize as I go.

This community and the information provided has renewed my ability to enjoy flower. Last 3 or so years have been nearly impossible to enjoy using combustion. Last 3 months has been a delight. I’ve stopped smoking cigs, bought two different portables (Khan from Mig and a DaVinci IQ) and couldn’t be happier to now have the M coming my way.

I've got a 2019 M. Amazing product for the price. Let us know how you get on.

So many cool accessories and upgrades from dynavap themselves, not to mention the amazing after market makers and manufacturers.

Dam I’m not sure if I should get another rogue glass stem even though I already have one. That Carb one sure is attractive. Anyone order one of these newer versions yet? I have the old straight one that came with the nectar collector attachment

Dude they are dope I would totally get them. He adjusted the sizing to no longer need the included red o rings. But whats very cool at the same time managed to keep the outside diameter the same so they still natively sit in a 14mm waterpiece. The wavy cooling one is still carbless. And the glass Xl has a carb. A very distinct raised carb that is super easy to find in the dark. Get em' you wont regret it. I actually plan on getting a second wavy one so I can use one exclusively for concentrates and one for flower. I'll try to post a pic

It's interesting that all the reclaim is in the first bubble. I was guessing that there would be some in the other bubbles, too, but they look pretty clean. Is reclaim from cooling of the vapor? Is most of the cooling happening in the first bubble?

There's a little more in the first bubble mostly because I forgot I had loaded it and it melted into the coil and I loaded on top so some was just sucked through. After about a week of use it is almost to the 2nd bubble. I also haven't put much through as concentrates are hard to come about round here. I wont lie it has already had one cleaning. But this is only maybe a dozen hits in

I think it's very efficient at cooling. That's a picture from a few weeks ago but it's about the same right now. It looks like that after about a week of use and then I get to make a cup of stem cocoa.

Good to know that the red O-rings are no longer necessary, eliminates getting lost;
this now means that the walls are
A bit thicker ( if the outside diameter is the same ). I like that. Glass with enduring heft.

Also, since RG is entertaining suggestions, perhaps a variant stem with a small bulb end
Might be a good option/seller? Also, colored glass, for giggles?

Yeah, I conducted a couple of unscheduled drop tests, this weekend, myself.

After the conclusion of testing I can say with confidence that these new stems from @RogueGuy are the "ABRAMS TANKS" of the glass stem world!

I wouldn't try to use ANY glass stem to hit a homerun at Fenway, but nowhere NEAR the panic when one Falls that I would experience over a THINNER glass stem!
