Thanks for another great review @WakeAndVape!good morning! OmniVong review...and the feedback is always welcome
It's easy to develop an intrinsic feel for a preheat.

Guess I just gotta call my buddy George, see if he can hold one for me. I'm just gonna order a blackwood omni and wait on a ti tube... Ready to upgrade from M , feel like I'm missing out... Cheers, D.

thanks vaporeyes! Thanks for another great review @WakeAndVape!
One of the things I like most about your reviews is that they get straight to the point and there is no filler. I have a short attention span sometimes, so it's nice having a short review that is still very informative. Your editing is skillful and stylish!
I have one that has stuck many times. I only get it off by soaking in alcohol. I just put it in a tiny container where the alcohol can cover the cap but does not touch the o rings. I finally took that cap and put it on my OG.So I seem to have run into a little issue with my Omni that I just can't fix! Stupid me dropped it on the floor this morning, and since it fell I have been unable to get the cap off the tip. I've tried heating it to remove it, I've tried getting a thin knife in between the cap and the tip to try to pry it off. I've tried just using brute force with pliers and this cap is stuck onto the tip TIGHT. Has anyone run into this before and if they have what did they use to get the cap off of the tip? I've tried these three methods and none of them seem to have been working so far. I'm this close to just ordering a new tip!!
Does the Nona VonG only wobble in the glass in one direction? You can check this by rotating the VonG in the glass and seeing if the direction of the wobble follows the rotation. If it remains in the same direction despite rotating it is not the VonG but the glass.Does anyone else have issues with their Nonavong not sealing in a water piece? I'm using a blackwood Nonavong stem with an M tip, and air comes in past the non-round Nonavong shape. My M with a fat mouth piece seals fine, and my Omni with the fat mouthpiece seals fine.
Am I doing something wrong, has anyone else experienced this?
dude your killing shit!Gotta Kleenex @stark1
Top is Snakewood and Brass with Blackwood ends, another 'Dark Matters' inspired Blackwood and Aluminium.
The beauty of the steel core in my pieces is that the "scrap pile" really doesn't grow or exist. I remove the failed wood blank, (usually in a very destructive manner) and reuse the steel core in a new piece.@Winegums I'm sure even your 'scrap pile' would have some desirability
Hey all, new member here. I have a few quick noob questions for you cap guys. How can you be sure these things are actually vaporizing? If combustion occurs at +450F it seems like a very fine margin to play with. Also, are the caps consistent over time? has anyone seen a cap start clicking at combustion temperatures with extended use?
The difference between vaping and combusting is easy to determine live. Smoke is QUITE different than vapor. Trust me when I tell you that you will know...
I must say that occasionally I do get vapor so thick I check to see if I combusted, but invariably I did not. Ash is pretty obvious when you see it (black not tan or brown) and the taste of combustion is also pretty clear.
I wanted to add that the difference in taste is clearly more obvious to those of us who NEVER smoke anymore, but I think it is likely obvious to everyone...Ash is pretty obvious when you see it (black not tan or brown) and the taste of combustion is also pretty clear.
oh ok, so if the herb combusts at all it will be black? I worry that it would be easy to torch one of these caps to 500F and still have somewhat vaped looking herb in the chamber afterwards.
Thanks for the welcome monss and sweet piece.
