When I came up with the idea of using a M8 bolt and nuts to set the screens it was off the top of my head. Since posting that idea, I picked up nuts and bolts to set all the levels of the Ti-tip screens. I'm not tooting my own horn, but this works so well, I think I'm gonna crow about it.
Everybody needs these if you are going to maintain your VapCap (new) Ti-tips in pristine condition. I used to fight to get the screens in the right groove. With these it just clicks into the correct groove "everytime".
I do recommend buying stainless steel nuts and bolts. You can set the first nut and lock it with the second nut.
I did use a grinding wheel to round off the bolts slightly, but wasn't necessary. Doc

I will definitely try that next time I'll have to replace my screens!

When you first posted your idea using M8 bolts and nuts to set screens, I immediately rummaged through the workshop and came up with a couple. They are fantastic! Thanks for sharing the idea. I keep them with my Vapcap cleaning stuff; an essential screen setting tool.

Might be old news on these pages, but I just have to tell you about this small modification that, in my opinion, improves both the looks and performance, also do some changes to weight/weight distribution.

- By removing the o-ring that sits between the Ti-tip and the body, you gain a little bit of condenser travel towards the tip achieving a more restricted draw, similar to a omnivap on the light/medium setting.

If you want Omni but don't got the money

Parts used in setup: Titanium body and standard condenser with a wooden mouthpiece, would not dare to recommend anything else than titanium here, considering the higher level of heat now transfered from the tip. Might be something to try if you have the parts laying around, not worth saving in on the price difference to the real omni though.

I was high, I was reading the convo about logo vs no logo and really wanted to see what it would look like. I opened your image in PS and removed the logo, but it added a different purple hue on the picture and I didn't know why (I didn't purposefully add that, maybe it was a setting from a previous image I edited), but I thought it wasn't a big deal and uploaded the picture via ShareX, which auto uploads to imgur and only people with the link can see the picture, it's not under an account.

Didn't mean any harm. Just wanted to show people what it looked like if they were as curious as I was. If you still want them removed I'll delete the post. Idk how to "un upload" them from imgur though, they're invisible anyway.

As for the purple hue, that's because you haven't respected the original workspace's color

DoubleStash: additional stash at the bottom, closed with a sliding wood lid. seamless and smooth.

BushCap: Metal body for Ti tips, with a 3mm/Ø10mm lip that cover the exposed O-ring, allowing to dip the tip/cap into fire.

That's is really cool! Your stash idea is nice, did you ask George to make it?
However, your protective stem look nice, as long as the drawing!
But don't you think that the radiative heat coming from the sleeve will damage the orings inside?
I was thinking about this because ditching it in fire (let say 1000°c) will quickly raise the skin temperture of the sleeve base especially after two or three cycle ... Do you have a K thermometer ?

Today it was cleaning day for my Omnivap, and it's been two weeks since the last one, instead of my usual weekly cleaning.
I was sure it will be a big harvest so here is a little picture, and this one is for you @ClearBlueLou

Coming from the end of the condenser, you can see a big blob of reclaim, next to 6 months of vapcap's reclaim (almost 5g).
All is reclaimed without solvent just by pushing the stuff outside with a brass stick. Then I store it for later, but this giant blob was to cool to let it pass, directly vaped after the shot Ahah

I use to reclaim my other stuff by soaking them in ethanol but the VapCap reclaim factory make it so easier!

Not sure how long I've had my Omni now but I've not actually cleaned it yet, I've not even checked it

I have a reclaim rod from NewVape that was for my pax 2, I doubt it will fit the Omni condenser but seeing as I've never actually pulled my Omni apart you never know.

If it doesn't fit I'm definately going to get something of that nature, seems like the way to go.

So last week we worked on refining our mouthpieces a bit.

Here is a video update.

In the process we were able to make more varieties AND I am rather excited to be able to offer blackwood and cocobolo ones again.

Cocobolo on the left, bocote and Osage orange in the middle, and blackwood on the right. It is really awesome how much variation there is in cocobolo. From dark brown and minimal grain to red, purple, orange, yellow and nearly any combination of these.

Here is a different angle.

So even though these beauties aren't up on the website just yet, if anyone is interested, just select an exotic mouthpiece when you checkout and leave us a message regarding the preferred variety.

Also if all goes well, it looks like we will have a limited stock of burl in March. A few bodies, stems and VonGs and maybe even a few mouthpieces.

If your stick doesn't match and if you have some organic cotton or degummed hemp fiber, you can make a little ball out of it and pushing it though the condenser (with wood stick for BBQ ) , then vape it straight on your shinny clean Omnivap

@VapCap, the Osage MP color is unbelievable, as long as this lovely bocote and cocobolo mouthpieces!
I don't know if that's me, but I had immediately noticed a world of difference with the surface finish.
They feel way more polished and high quality than before!

OK. So I fooled around for a bit and I am reasonably confident that the Dynastash stash compartment can be drilled out to accommodate a small cylinder shaped single jet lighter.

I hand filed out the stash to fit the lighter. The rest of the depth will be drilled out tomorrow and then filed to match.

No pics tonight. I'll post pics when I'm done. Anyway, this is going to be handy. I don't tend to carry herb in the stash compartment, so it's perfect to stash a small lighter in there.

Here's the lighter. It measures 80mm x 17mm x 10mm.

My Gen 4 Ti tip and engraved cap landed here a few days ago. Sorry for the delay to post here, but have been uber-busy. Hardly enough time to vape and very little for FC.

First the pic of my new tip -

Gorgeous, eh? Unfortunately, I don't have mad photo skills like @TheVaporist and was kind of in a hurry on a blustery day. Everything kept blowing around on me. So far, she hasn't been used. I was trying to keep her pristine for the pic - but don't think I can wait much past tonight!

Really liking the Gen 4 Ti, also. It does have some nice qualities that others have mentioned. All super-great! One small issue with mine, though... On my OMNI it doesn't allow me to adjust to full closed as my older tips do. I know some of this is OMNI/tip dependent as others have mentioned they couldn't get to full closed either. Kind of a bummer to going back to fingering the hole again, but still like the new tip so much that I'm using it and the finger.

Has anyone else run into this and found a solution? I'm thinking if I shorten a body by a mm or 2 it will give the condenser more depth into the tip. Haven't had time to check and see how it would work yet, and thinking I may just be better off using my finger.

Got the same issue with you... Finger does it and so does a thin ring of silicon tubing. When home I am gonna start using the glass body as the bump of the intake hole is easier to find just by touching.

Nope, but for a $30 vape in the OG version, it blows away many high dollar portables. It really is one of the best performers on the market and a great value. The closest think I've found to a combustion one hitter since i started vaping.

I started with a ti steelie, and now mostly using an omni...

On your little problem, what I don't understand is how the new Ti tip (bowl) is preventing you to fully close the air path, as the condenser goes in the tip but don't fill it, air can flow around it (when it not full of reclaim.... ) , and create pressure that helps to move the vapor through the condenser, and cool the overall thing. The more deep in the tip the condenser is, the more effect it has on the pressure and flow around it, the airflow is driven by the tapered end of the condenser and the carb hole obstruction together.

Have you ordered a new body ?
I ask that because your problem recall mine, when receiving my carbon and burl bodies, the carb hole were drilled 2mm higher than the one on my titanium body. Leading my first gen omnivap, to be unable to go further than 10% of the carb closed.
This was a problem for me as my usage typically resume as: 100% closed on WP, 90% closed when mouthpuffing and opened for a sensitive person.
So I had asked Matt about buying a custom condenser, with more threading, to solve my problem.
But in order to fulfill the legend, Matt asked me to give him where the carb hole will be optimal, and then, push the bodies under warranty with my next (current ) order, carb holes drilled 4mm higher.

Just received my unit yesterday, I was shocked at how small it really is. The craftsmanship is beautiful. After a couple of test runs, one with slight combustion, I think I've found a sweet spot and man does this unit rip. With just a pinch of flower I'm pulling some massive clouds and getting way more medicated then my Haze or EQ could ever do as quickly or efficiently.

To George and the gang kudos, you have a true gem on your hands. I am now thinking of what upgrades to save up for next.

Those of you sitting on the fence definitely pick one up just to try the efficiency and output.
