I was going to buy one however wood mouth pieces seem like 300 years or more behind technology?

I must be getting old
It's a natural product that comes from trees
And suplies you with oxygen you now the thing that keeps you alive
KIDS god help us
And ime not even religious
So do you prefer plasticky or silicone
Ime not dissing you it's not my style but you think wood is 300 years out of date
Where do we go from here
I don't know the youth today are fucked no vision

Mate you are 300 years behind, like to see where your great-grandchildren end up in 300 years without trees. The technology that zombiefies is so super advanced yet we run around like spoilt brats before we have even learnt to crawl. Tuppence.

You can run the Omni over with your car without damage (to the Omni or your vehicle).

Even the Ti Woody has been run over by a big ruck and lived to tell the tale. But the wood body had to be replaced.

Omnivap it's all titanium, it doesnt break!! You can only break the orings, but those are cheap!!

I have 4 titanium tip wood body dynavaps and an omni. How much of a difference do the new caps make? I'm trying to decide if it's worth it when the ones I have work fine. Even better now that 2 of them have phatpiggie stems.

Has anyone noticed changes to how their OG Vapcap heats up? When I first got it, it would barely produce any vapour when i would heat it to a double click. I would regularly hold it to the heat for an extra second and it worked great. I've now had it for a few months of daily use, and now I have to really respect the double click as an extra second will overdo it and even risk a combustion.

Just wondering if anyone else noticed these changes. I use a natural gas stove oven to heat up the vapcap so the heat source is the exact same.

So I recently got an Omni and a Ti and I'm finding that I have to heat them for about 5 extra seconds after the click in order to get the milk. I was under the impression that the click indicates "vaping temp" but I still need to heat it more...

FWIW my material is pretty dry!

I do hope my caps eventually "break in" like yours did..

Oh, mine started needing extra heating a few months in so maybe "breaking in" works the other way as well...

My productivity is slipping big time as I see myself reaching for my vapcap earlier and earlier in the evening ! I shouldn't complain though as I'm much more relaxed and sleeping well. The process is just so dam fulfilling compared to other vapes...... they look like beautiful fountain pens which adds to the experience instead of having some battery powered plastic limp in my hand!

Don't have much time these days to reply here, but I'm staying updated and as @Kozzmozz summoned me for the 420 celebration, I had to do a little shot for the sake of it!

Before, I want to throw a huge thanks to all of you about my previous picture, I hadn't thought it would be appreciated that much!
So I take your word @Squiby, and for our pleasure I will make a weekly beauty shot of the @VapCap marvel.
Maybe I will steal George a little, and call this my "Quick Pics" ahah!

However, here is my little contribution, not much time for a killer pic, but here is my today vision of the vapcap(with some green you know) :

The vapcap is the Raspberry Pi of the vaporizer world : cheap , powerful, open-source.

It is amazing the difference that the torch can make. As I had mentioned I got a triple torch mentioned in the vapcap torch thread. I had been using a single torch and I was pretty happy with it, or so I thought. I already liked my vapcaps, but my love from them has grown. I can get great hits and even cooking much more easily.

I actually can't believe the volume of vapour that has left my mouth after some of these hits. It is also so much faster considering it heats to the click more quickly as well as not requiring any time beyond the click. With the single lighter I always needed to heat past the click to get good hits, but not any more. The click is the perfect time with this lighter. I highly recommend it!

Btw, I got a question to you guys: Do you clean your wood parts with iso? I'll go back on travels soon, so I wondered how I get my vape clean of ANY residue during flights/border crossing.
Of course I'll take my Titanium OmniVap with me which is easy to clean. but it just looks so nice with the wood body and I don't want to miss that while traveling

@Hans Hurensohn defo don't use iso on your wood, not good! Get some sort of a nice natural wood butter if you can.
To clean your Ti omnivap use iso for this, a good soak over nite should do it. I would leave the screen in as it is not really necessary to remove for cleaning like this. Also travelling you don't want to break it.

Popping in to post a pic of my newest vapcap. My new cocobolo Omni Vong. It's fantastic!
Anyone out there that is on the fence about an Omni. Just get it. Sooo worth it. Even though I had modded my Ti woodies to get the airflow exactly where I wanted it, I still had to change it up for water, it just wouldn't milk it the way I wanted. Not anymore! I adjusted the Omni to the just right position for me and MILK city in every waterpiece I tried.
I also got one of the new spinning titanium mouthpieces and a new cap for my Saints themed Ti vapcap. You'll just have to imagine the engraving on it. I was sworn to secrecy so the No Fun League wouldn't get wind of it. I can assure you that it is perfect though!

I've been having so much fun with the Omni I haven't even turned on my EVO.

Anyways, happy 420 pages of goodness

Mind my asking if that's a fat vong or skinny? I don't currently own a water piece but I'm wondering if the thickness of the vong make it cumbersome to be used alone?

@almost there its a skinny Vong - 14mm. It's not at all too big to use alone. I often hit by itself after I pull it to clear the waterpiece if the click hasn't happened yet.
