I find that the mouth piece makes for a much better portable experience than without. The lip groove makes it so much more comfortable during use. Keep in mind that the mouth piece can get in the way if your rig has a small opening or a sharp bend just past the glass joint.Gonna buy one as my first portable vape ever. I want a vong version so I can take rips with my rig sometimes. Should I get the vong 62 vs 45 body length?
So yesterday i forgot my Omnivap in the Car. I have to admit i really missed it during the evening.
Before this, i hadn t even realized how much i like the little thing - probably because it "just works" pretty good.
Have a great Day!
I've mentioned this before, but you can avoid the soot, by suspending the cap about a 1/2 inch or so above the tip of the yellow flame, with a regular lighter. I get pretty solid rips from a standard lighter as well, just takes a few seconds longer for the click than a torch, and no soot.
The vapor from the flame lighter does seem more pleasant to me.
I just noticed this, and you're right. It's about .07g per load..07?? .7 must be a typo haha
I thought so ! I seriously doubt one could stuff .7 in a vapcap......challenge accepted anyone ?? Hahaha I'd like to see that! Would combust for sure I bet .I just noticed this, and you're right. It's about .07g per load.
Interested in a vapcap m and my only worry is if these type of device is smooth and not hot.
Once I learned to give the M a second to heat sink after heat up clicks, then take easy short mouth draws- I get a real cool stream of thick vapor. You just gotta practice. Cheers, D.Interested in a vapcap m and my only worry is if these type of device is smooth and not hot.
I find that you need to figure out how long to draw w/ the carb plugged because if you go past a certain length of time youll get a lungbuster and i dont like coughing up a lung every time I use the VC. So as long as you dont cross that threshold with your draw length, the vapor will be smooth. If youre me itll sometimes happen on accident. its about towing that line of thick hits right before they make you cough. of course if you WANT to cough, you know what to do..Interested in a vapcap m and my only worry is if these type of device is smooth

My Ti Woody works good with .02 and I recently discovered I dont even have to set the chamber to the smallest size for it to extract the .02 effectively. The smallest load I can use that still fills the tip is .04g. It's very loosely filled, with no tamping. I'm almost tempted to spring for an Omni to see if it could work with .02 or less...?

I routinely load about .015 grams. No grind, just a tiny nug torn from an intact flower.I'm almost tempted to spring for an Omni to see if it could work with .02 or less..
I LOVE this idea and am definitely going to try a nug tumble.Bonus is that you can give a shake or two in between hits and "stir" the load without even having to open it up. I just let it cool a little past the click, put my finger over the end and shake a couple times. Give it a try. Think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

My screens sandwich a hemp filter and are placed close to the bottom of the chamber, so the uppermost screen is either in the middle position or a bit below it. Any sized chamber will happily accommodate a micrdose.

I forgot to mention that I only run ground bud for small amounts, especially in a chamber that isnt set to the smallest size. Trying to do a .015-.02 nug in that size chamber gets me very little performance unless you do half a dozen cycles of nearly invisible hits which uses too much butane. Thats because theres barely any convection taking place at all. The same amount ground up gets me surprisingly good performance and a thick hit on 1 cycle. The majority of herb needs to be in contact with the walls. Maybe this is unique to the Ti tip and not the SS tip?I routinely load about .015 grams. No grind

I like this idea. I bought some CCDs with the intention of creating a hemp sandwich but haven't tried it yet. I have been usually using the full tip filled but not tamped, and I have been (often but not always) emptying into my hand and reloading by sucking it back up after the first or second cycle. If I can fill less and shake it up instead that would be easier than what I have been doing. I will give it a try.I do this often when out and about to get a couple small hits and dump before it gets too stinky on exhale.
