That looks like a tasty baseball bat! Interesting with the metal lining plus the glass condenser. How does it perform?

It’s so cool that there are so many gifted artists in the 3rd party makers space.

I love it. I’d been eyeing his stuff for a while and I’m glad I went for it. Cool vapor with great flavor. It’s a chunky stem that feels more cigarish rather than a joint or cig.

I’ve admired that piece for a long time, but they’re hard to find in the US and they are by no means cheap.
Similar but cheaper. Not sure of availablity for USA though. I have one but very rarely use it.

Can y'all share your experiences of vaping reclaim from the vapcap stem? My experience is, it's flavourless and gives a more sleepy high (blasted the reclaim at 9 on my TM through water). Not as nice as fresh material (whether flower or hash). May be i am expecting too much from reclaim? :D

@jbm aye a ordered it direct from Germany lovely piece, think there was a wait time of between 4 and 6 weeks. And @pmthokku reclaim tastes of shit obviously it won’t be as nice as fresh material. Anyways my old faithful battle scarred torch gave up the other day, sad had it years😔, anyways bought a few of the same torches from eBay, one leaked gas out the bottom and the other leaked gas from the top, turning it into a complete fire ball, clearly the quality of these lighters are now shocking and are simply unsafe (so not buying more), Anyways im looking for a torch with a large tank and a reliable one too for home use, has anyone got or ever used the blazer hot shot MT-3000 like in this pic if so whats it like for a dynavap?, not over kill I hope?, badly needling something reliable and I heard blazer are just that, Asking as vapefiend only have the blazer hot shot MT-3000 or the huge blazer big shot GT 8000 which is definitely overkill. Old lighter I used previously in pic below.

I find those bigger torches are way too powerful man, gotta keep the DV kinda far away and is harder to keep the roast consistent

If you don’t mind waiting you can get a Blazer PB-207 from the US which is one of the most reliable torches you can get (it’s the OG butane torch design) and works perfect with a DV - good tank on it too

I’ve got a blazer firefox which works nice, but you gotta turn it up to spark it before you can turn the flame down to DV size. If you don’t mind that bit of hassle the fuel tank is enormous - no way to see the level though so can get caught short haha. I mainly just use it for my anvil.. it needs the extra power

^ for cheap and cheerful I’ve also been enjoying those, was surprised how often I’d use the little tools as well - ideal for cleaning the bowl out

Oh and finally.. try and get hold of some
Newport zero butane and empty your torches then refill them with it. You might be surprised how many torches come back to life when they’ve had good butane in and burnt the crap out

Have you used a hot shot on a dyna?, I will never buy a prof torch again (think the quality control is shocking now), most recent 2 were dangerous, one exploded🔥, and Newport zero is the only butane i use, I don’t mind needing to turn gas on if it’s reliable and the pb-207 is too small for what I’m needing. And I’m not looking for cheap and cheerful anymore, I don’t mind paying up for a quality torch.

Not that one specifically but one of the same size and power, was definitely too much for my DV.

Ideally for a dyna you want a smallish pocket torch, whereas the hot shot or the big buddy for example are high powered industrial torches for soldering (brazing? God knows haha) pipes and the like. You'll be able to make it work definitely, but I’d say it’s overkill for what you need man - my anvil even prefers a smaller torch than those

Honest make some great single flame lighters with big tanks, I’m a big fan of the Rother and it’s 2 year guarantee.. if you’re on the Newport zero that’ll stay purring along for a while :D

I have a few honest torches for my sticky bricks, but tanks to small for my needs, my previous torch I used had a large tank, filled about once a week. And I’m not looking for pocket torches I have loads, I’m looking for a home use torch only.

Then @My_50p_worth suggestion of the Fire Fox Blaser would be a good choice if your looking for quality and adjusting the flame isn't an issue. The small Honest pocketable torch serves my needs. The Blazer is perfect for the Anvil.

But this flame is the same temp as the other blazer products that I’ve been told is 2 hot. Also they want £70+ in the uk for the blazer Firefox, or £50+ on eBay with £20 postage, fuck that:lol:. Firefoxes are hard to find here ive tried.

So a blazer hot shot might actually be suitable then.
