I haven't ordered the fiber from Dave & Amanda but it's the same thing as dynavap sold.
I’d be careful which materials you use for stems. Some plastics may be okay, but others could melt or give off toxic gasses when you heated the cap/tip, especially if you heat it repeatedly without letting the tip cool down.
You could print one to see how it fits and how the shape looks, but unless you can make sure the plastic you’re using is safe and won’t off-gas at the temps we’re dealing with I’d look into ceramic or metal 3D printing and whether or not they’re safe for this purpose if you really want 3D printed usable and safe stems.

I wouldn't be comfortable vaping plastic, acrylic, and maybe any other 'cracked oil' (cracking) products at vape temps. I am also very leery of any thing that needs an organic solvent (besides water). Ceramic, metal, and glass are best for vaping. Wood could fit in there, but the type of wood, finishing, vapor path, and type of heating are all considerations in choosing a vape.
Me? I have a 2018M, navong xls dark wood, Sticky Brick Jr., too much glass, and use a spirit lamp at home for long, slow couch sessions.

Welp. I live in a legal State and got to test these suckers out. Here ya go friends.
Yeah it sure looks like rolled-up, laser-cut mesh for concentrates
I posted my technique on 1631 towards the bottom. It seems like it holds the product very well. Does anyone think using a IH facing “cap down” would spill out?

Well, in the video George specifically says that it's designed to be used with "materials that aren't quite solid, and that includes semi-solid and full melt concentrates, as well as even some liquid concentrates and oils".Did you try it with hash too ?
beautiful, I like that mobius rig too, got the same one , how did you figured out the exact measurements for making the wooden piece? I would love to make mine too. Do you have the condenser inside or only the M tip? thank you verymuchI made my own 18 mm Wong from local oak I got for free Its lined with 10mm Ti Gr2 . I used only sand paper and a drill. Fact!
Goes nicely with my cheap DHgate knock off ^^
Tried with water and with out . I prefer it dry , but the bubbles looks so "bling"
Which one has two “f’s” in its name?Well, in the video George specifically says that it's designed to be used with "materials that aren't quite solid, and that includes semi-solid and full melt concentrates, as well as even some liquid concentrates and oils".
In theory I would say that's a no, but as said above if you do it will probably get messy sooner. Perhaps it could be used with some hemp fibre for this purpose?
Oh, and to keep quoting George: "You're not going to get the black gunk that makes everything taste nasty if you've ever utilized a concentrate device that utilizes an electric coil, especially one that glows".
Should we all be thinking about one that has two f in its name?
Welcome @nnickers !Hey everyone, new member here. I've been looking into getting my first Vapcap and was originally going to jump straight to an Omni XL until I learned about last year's 40%-off sales on 4/20. Now, I think I'm going to wait for that.
However, I was debating picking up an "M" in the meantime and noticed this morning that the price of the "M" has increased since yesterday from $60 to $65. Has there been any messaging around this price increase? Do we know whether anything about the product has changed?
