In the year that I've been a member, I've never seen DV up a sale during a sale. That would mean everyone would wait to pull the trigger & instead of shipping being spaced out for the company's convenience, it would come in one drove. Besides, anyone who purchased before a further/additional price decrease would feel slighted.

@DDave s website for these glass wands, and it asks to specify which tip, is this because of a variance of size in the SS vs TI tips? Im assuming at that price he cant be including a tip too?
The price of the water wand is $10 so obviously it can't include a $40 tip. Everyone is conjecturing why
@DDave asks what tip the stem is for, so why don't we wait until he weighs in. If I recall correctly, there was a problem with the one of the wand's stem joints bottoming out in 14mm(?) bubbler joints so he was going to correct the specs with the next batch produced. I think it was the short wand, not the longer water wand. 420VapeZone showed the problem in a IG stream.
I didnt really like the fat mouthpiece and ended up cutting it to just a ring.

I think the only reason it's not stated is that attorneys have advised against it.
Why? Many mfrs of various items say to wash before use. I would think that it would be more of a liability in not stating this.
Unless you want uber-airflow, the M18 doesn't need the tip mod because it has both a larger carb than the 17 & its tip allows for more airflow; the M17 is much more restrictive in these 2 areas. Even me, who likes a lot of airflow, would think that adding the mod on the M18 would be too much.
This is maybe a stupid question, but how do I rotate the cap while heating with the torch if it is in a DDave mod or the fat mouthpiece? Do I heat it first, then stick it in a water pipe?
The tip is mounted in the glass, same way as it is in a vc body/stem. You heat the cap/tip end with a lighter or IH & then put the mp end (with or w/o fat mp) or the joint of the stem into your bubbler joint.

. If you're new to DynaVap try to get a good few dry runs in at heating the thing before you load it. Lighter steady in left hand, quick steady rotation of NonaVong outside the blue flame blah blah blah. Some hits will be better than others and you'll probably combust a couple of times but you will end up LOVIN' IT.
