At one point I had calculated about +/- 1% change in yields +/- 10F, I hadn't expanded that beyond maybe 3-4 strains but it gave me an idea that the higher temperatures strip more off the flower or at the very least push it out faster so it has more of a chance to release from the puck versus soaking in.
Ideally I think a good way to check it would be to press out a puck and then use a solvent wash with ethanol or high proof grain alcohol on the puck to calculate the remainder. Do the same with a higher/lower temp puck. You can then decarb the wash and add it to coconut oil and make some canna caps or coconut medible oil for your coffee.
