i cant get over those who are taking our feedback so personally. people are voicing their opinions on the temps and that is OK regardless of where they stand on it. seems to be the ones telling is to zip it on the subject are all early adopters. again its nothing personal.
and i would have to dissagree that adding onboard controls will make it the size of the plenty. it already has a way to adjust it between two temps right? surely a dial (or something) could be utilized to access the entire temp range w/out adding a to its size as much as another 18650. if any more size at all.
Its not that I take it personally, its just what do we think is going to happen? Do we think they will change the design? They clearly think the mighty is for those who want onboard controls, and the crafty the app is supposed to be a selling point. Its totally fair to disagree, but I'm pretty sure they won't change it. I have changes I'd have made to the crafty, but its not going to happen. They pick a design and stick with it like most manufacturers.
I guess my point is "it is what it is" since the volcano is relatively unchanged design for this long. Its just weird some people comment on it when its OBVIOUSLY not for them. It would be like me complaining about the volcano because I don't like bags lol. I don't like bags which is why I sold my volcano, but I know they won't change the volcano into an EVO style system that I prefer, so I just moved on to the vapes that I do want.
Sometimes I feel people just attack S&B products because of the price, which is pretty warranted. They are super expensive products, but they are well made. I like this $400 portable more than the $$$$ volcano though, so to me the crafty is a good buy for what I want. I just feel people almost feel like S&B products have to be the "best" because they are expensive, or thats their reputation somehow. That is kind of weird in the era with expensive top end vapes like the cloud, herbalizer, sublimator etc. Crazy expensive vapes are more common these days, offering more and more to the consumers who want to pay for it, but for some reason I think people expect that S&B has to be the best of the best or they are let down.
I don't believe in a best of the best style evaluation. The way I like to evaluate my vapes and some other goods are "if this ____ was stolen from me and lost forever, would you buy a new one, and how fast". For me the crafty, absolutely. My vapexhale, absolutely. Some other vapes I'd probably just say "oh well I've still got ___ and don't really need it".
No offence was taken at all man its just hard to explain these things online.
