No, I bought it separately from the Calypso. It is a blue-fumed 22-diffuser bowl, and it's much higher quality and heavier than a standard CH bowl, which I like. I am kind of kicking myself in the ass because Cloud Connoisseur just released a bubble trap bowl, but it did not exist when I pre-ordered the Calypso.Beautiful! Did it come with that bowl?

I don't have Protege but I love Calypso! It's very open, cools decently, decent flavor, effortless function. It's just a fun pipe to use. I would imagine that the Protege is a bit better at cooling, and Calypso with flavor.Pulled the trigger on the 18mm protégé V2. But now that calypso is looking sooo tempting. Anyone that has both? Are they different enough to justify both? Id be using with a screwball vape.
What actually brought about this purchase was my mom...
Yea, good call. Seems like a print to me by gently rubbing it. Same on Prophet. Will try to avoid putting my grubby fingers on it to avoid wearIt looks like the newer glass has logos now. Is it laser etched on the glass or some kind of print screen?

@Timps27 just reread your post. Is yours clear?
Man i wish they still had logo-less versions. The logo itself i kind of big for my liking. I dont mind signatures or logos on glass if they are small or tucked away somewhere but these are on the bigger side and take away from the sleekness in my opinion. It’s engraved; subtly and beautifully. If it were a distasteful logo or poorly executed it might bother me, but I think it enhances the look of the piece.
Calypso is a ripper! I love sipping on Protégé, and Dante fits right between them. Now to go try the Prophet I finally scored on a maiden run with TA3!
I got a feeling, that it’s gonna be a good good night!
ETA: I used Epitome on a CH Matrix bowl for the maiden run on Calypso, I figured it would be nice and open and the Matrix is my deepest bowl. Nearly cleared it in one rip, normally I get a cleanup hit that is light green in the Matrix!
Sorta my sentiment as well, I'm really not a logo guy. That said I'm perfectly happy with my clear Calypso, logo included. But it did lead me to choose clear instead of a color--I felt it would be too busy.Man i wish they still had logo-less versions. The logo itself i kind of big for my liking. Me neither. It's not super noticeable on the bubble drop models though.Sorta my sentiment as well, I'm really not a logo guy.

I definitely understand and Im sure you guys knew some wouldn't like it and accounted for that before making your decision. You cant please everyone, some will like and some wont but i think some of us that are on the fence, wouldnt mind the logo if the sizing, placement and even logo design was upgraded. This is just my opinion of course.I've explained previously, but it was decided to include these prominent logos going forward, to get the brand out there more, take credit and protect the designs, etc.
Thanks for stating the obvious. I passed but because I like the brand and I own previous (logo-less) glass, I left feedback for the brand owner on his forum. Have a great day all!And thus the beauty of free exchange. If you like it, buy it, if you don’t, don’t.
Exactly! I think this is a great middle-ground but its totally up to the brand owner. Its nice that there is an actual forum where we can leave this kind of feedback.Definitely agree that logo placement can still be up for debate, I prefer my glass to be unimpeded if possible. I have a lot of glass where the logo was on the bottom of the base and I thought that was a nice middle ground for both customer and maker. They get to push their brand, and I get to look at my glass without obstruction
