I'd also like to see the parts connecting the two halves of the egg double in size.
It would really help improve airflow and would still look good IMHO.

Yeah you nailed what needs to be fixed!

CCG literally needs to make Kathys egg with a female joint and wider base. Or maybe Kathy just needs to make hers with a wider base a don a female joint lol. Either way it would be a perfect cheap fab egg!

Hell I'd even pay $80 for it if I knew it had a good perc and a sturdy base for use with an e-nail.

I looked at mine from the bottom and counted 7 holes in the perc, all perfect vertical cuts.

Just sold a couple rigs tonight so I thought I would buy a couple more :) Happy 4/20!

Trying out a new seller No1bigship. Only 97% feedback, so it's risky, but at $55 I thought I would take the chance.
Looks like the WOL 10 inch, but without the logo and a different mouthpiece.

Decided to try a fab egg from Chinaaaron. It looks like the same as CCG but I figured Id give it a shot and maybe end up with a better perc.

That's also $30 cheaper and ships in 5 days. Looks like the 12" WOL Torus (18mm joint) with a shorter mouth piece tube since the original WOL 10" had a different (uglier) design below the tube. Kinda tempted to buy it to do a comparison between the two and I have a feeling I might like it more. I have half a feeling though that it's the exact same one that's shipping out from laubinyo soon or maybe it's just a knockoff.

Dang that's what I was afraid of. Going to try to cancel my order of it hasn't shipped yet.

Edit: damn it already shipped. Oh well. Maybe someone I know will like it.

I got one.of my two CCG fab eggs yyesterday and have put it through a dozen real real serious trials. My first pull thru it led to some water adjustments but even with water quite low, drag feels considerable, and I do have the 6 pinhole perc. Despite the hard pull it functions. I have no other experiences w eggs past breakfast but know the draining ability is amazing to watch but could really could use some opening. With how well its constructed otherwise is very impressive.

Hoping for better luck w/ #2 but have hope in CCG.

Happy 4/20 folks. Got woken up by a call my crush at 4 this morning from my driveway :)

Egg arrived today. mine has 6 pinhole percs on it. the drag honestly isn't bad and the function is on point. Has a little bit thinner glass than the D-cycler but is very sturdy. no problems with the joint. glass is very smooth and doesn't have any scratches or marks.

like everyone else has said, the only problem is with the pinhole percs. hopefully the colored mini eggs have this problem addressed

So my order from yingmin has already taken twice as long as SSS and steven.

It came to a flushing queens ny a couple of days ago, which is about 45 mins away from me. For some reason it departed queens NY and went all the way to baltimore MD.

Not sure how to go about this but it dosent look very good.

Mine has done that before. Arrived in Phoenix (I'm in Tempe, about 20 mins from Phoenix) and it went all the way to Oregon?? Then 2 days later it was back in Tempe.

You can call USPS support but all they will probably tell you is that it got put on the wrong truck and they will reroute it back to you once they figure out it shouldn't be in MD :wave:

Screw that haha Im done waiting im opening a dispute. Not sure whos fault this is but I know its not mine.

With dhgate, Not trying to blame any one for anything. Just want the money back. I did my part and paid for the order, as far as Im concerened the rest was in some one elses hands and they dropped the ball.

Yeah I agree with @weenstoned. I don't think DHgate will do anything since the tracking is still active and the item was not lost or delivered to the wrong address, it just got misrouted. It's bound to happen with the thousands of packages USPS handles each day. I know it sucks and most of us have experienced this before but it's all just a waiting game when ordering from DHgate. Just hang in there. You will get the package soon enough!

But anyways, DHgate will just say be patient because factoring in the time to ship and the in transit time, most sellers expected delivery date is about a month from purchase.

Sometimes ordering from DHgate is a great experience. Other times it makes you want to pull your hair out. That's the game of cheap glass. I place an order and try to forget about it and if I don't have it within a month then I start checking tracking.

I see your point but at the same time, I think as a paying customer I do have a right to expect what I pay for in a semi timely fashion.

I guess well see how it pans out. I did file a dispute I can always resolve it if my order comes.

If my order comes soon its all good, based on the tracking its going somewhere else though

Most stuff I ordered from China before DHGate went into a black hole for a month or more and came out on delivery day. We have been spoiled by this "fast shipping" of 10 days to 2 weeks. Now we are used to it and waiting is harder. Than Kathy or CCG strike...

you need to wait my brotha. this has nothing to do with Dhgate or the seller. this is USPS fuckery sending your package to another state before it realizes it needs to be sent back. we all get anxious waiting on online shipments and its a matter of patience. USPS will handle it i'm almost 100% sure

ordered on 4/2/15 and didn't ship until the 7th i think. just recieved mine today, 4/20/15
