Yeah I agree with @weenstoned. I don't think DHgate will do anything since the tracking is still active and the item was not lost or delivered to the wrong address, it just got misrouted. It's bound to happen with the thousands of packages USPS handles each day. I know it sucks and most of us have experienced this before but it's all just a waiting game when ordering from DHgate. Just hang in there. You will get the package soon enough!
But anyways, DHgate will just say be patient because factoring in the time to ship and the in transit time, most sellers expected delivery date is about a month from purchase.
Sometimes ordering from DHgate is a great experience. Other times it makes you want to pull your hair out. That's the game of cheap glass. I place an order and try to forget about it and if I don't have it within a month then I start checking tracking.
I see your point but at the same time, I think as a paying customer I do have a right to expect what I pay for in a semi timely fashion.
I guess well see how it pans out. I did file a dispute I can always resolve it if my order comes.
If my order comes soon its all good, based on the tracking its going somewhere else though
