Cheap High Quality Bubbler

I have a DO20 and an FC something coming from Steven. Both are 18mm. Can someone recommend a glass bubbler that's 14mm for my Solo and incoming Haze? I have a couple of 14 to 18 converters but they're not snug.

The the mini pillar from stevenlmz79, I believe is a 14mm female. Though I haven't seen any indepth reviews yet. I ordered anyway but mine is shipping next week.

Also I'm assuming ur talking about needing a 14mm female piece. I personally don't mind using a reducer, they're barely noticeable if u get one with a good seal.

I have several 14-18mm attachments but none have a tight seal on my Solo. Which ones do you use?
I went ahead and ordered the mini-pillar. Very expensive- even more so than the matrix sidecar I ordered from steven. Not sure how I feel about buying from him. I ordered the sidecar some time ago and it's still not mailed. I usually order from Sunshine store and they had an 8" bubbler that looked good. I'll see how the mini pillar works out.

Keep in mind CNY. I was informed mine would not be shipped until the 26th. So that may be when they're back in bussiness. Also his shipping takes close to a month for myself n some others but it varies. Just don't be in a rush to recieve it.

In reality it's not expensive at all. He's the first to attempt this on the Chinese end that I've seen. An American version of this piece is in the hundreds.

The mini pillar will be my first 14mm female piece. I try n stick with 18mm pieces because I don't mind a reducer.

While it may be a lot of money for you, they are most definitely not very expensive...

I meant more expensive than the ones from Sunshine. Not more expensive than glass made outside of China.
Ahh, ok, cool :)

My mini-pillar has cleared customs in BC and should be here in a few days. I realized after it had shipped that I needed a 14mm M/M adapter so I've got one coming from PV tomorrow. The only two rigs I'm using right now for dabbing are the FC-710 and the CCG D-Cycler which I'm pretty much using evenly (they're both awesome) so I'll be able to compare it to both those pieces directly.

I have started wanting one of the double perc 186 style pieces, just to have something larger on hand for my big lung friends, but must wait a while before I can go after one, low funds is good GAS control . I saw Steven post a video that looks a lot like the M60t style body/double matrix perc, wouldn't mind getting one of those. Here's the vid I found of it...

that matrix/pillar also has my attention, going to wait a while to see what people get on the first wave. Wish the eggs were not falling apart, I was looking at those too, with some consideration.
Sorry I know this is totally irrelevant but I somehow ended up, while watching your video, watching Miss Misery. What a wonderful treat. However it happened thank you.

received the mini pillar from steven today, unfortunately it was a lot smaller than i anticipated, i think this piece would be fantastic for oils, it functions nice [it's chuggy but i like that]. I think it'd tip over if i tried to put the sublimator on it =[

looking forward to the matrix pillar.

It took me a moment to figure out what the fuck that was on top of your piece. Somehow I completely missed that one, interesting and novel design though.
for anyone else still confused:
Top to bottom:
Supreme Vape
Gn0me mouthpiece used as WPA for Supreme
18-14 Low Profile Reducer
14-18 f-f Adapter
FC-710

:)

Cloudy...
My FC 187 v2 just arrived, really well made piece and it took only 9 days to arrive! Thick glass and really well made, love the size of the mouthpiece.

I cleaned it with iso and did a few water test and it works flawlessly. The only problem I see is that with the restrictions in the new bamboo in my vapexhale EVO, only the upper row of the perk fires. This night I will try it properly! :science:

enjoy. Also b0 that's normal with all matrix style bubblers, the extra holes at the bottom are more for making it easier/drag-free to clear it.

Also interesting my piece didn't come with a bowl like advertised.
Thanks for the vid! Looks nice, but definitely small like you said. Not a bad thing though if using it for oils

Do you have another piece or pieces from dhgate that have a similar pull/chug?

I like chug but not too much. I'm trying to figure out what piece from dhgate may have the same amount of chug that I can compare it to.

Either way I'll probably pull the trigger soon. I wanted to hear a few reviews before purchasing. Looks like this will be an oil piece for me and the matrix pillar will be a vape piece :D

Thanks @MGG

yeah if you don't like chug i can't recommend it, i actually like it, the hits feel a bit airy though if that makes sense.

thats my concern, that its just going to be waaayy too much diffusion.
The main diffusion on the matrix pillar is the single matrix. It transports the bubbles to the top, unpopped until they hit the splash chamber, which is supposed to help preserve flavor.

Depending on how dense/airy you want the hits, you can adjust the water level to allow more bubbling or less. That's one of the benefits of the matrix pillar. You can use whatever water level you want, to control diffusion strength.

This is something that I've been wondering about the pillar hype...not really sure why its so huge here. Giant pieces are exiting the industry faster and faster everyday for a reason, imo. So much diffusion and airflow required especially for the majority of you using Arizers/Solos and such seems very very odd to me.

actually it pretty much ends up working like 2 percs, from my testing with the mini pillar, I honestly feel that the way the matrix pillar is designed would actually diffuse more than the stereomatrix, but maybe [hopefully] i'll be wrong, regardless i pre-ordered it. i don't mind diffusion cause i use the sublimator or the cloud and they are both heavy hitters.. i'm just hoping it will be less than the stereo matrix have.

the way the stereomatrix is designed pretty much only 1 perc of the percs is firing.

i personally would of preferred a big pillar with the perc on the mini pillar instead of the matrix perc. but anyways it's still awesome that we can get glass knock offs at such a cheap price. i'll post a water test of the matrix pillar when it comes through, i imagine it'll be sometime in march.
