except the colors are different, white, black, gray, red, it really badass Its a fantastic mini concentrate piece. it a great piece i would suggest, y'all invest if looking for a small concentrate piece.

Where did you purchase your YQ-42? I see it at Sunshinestore, and Kathy.
SSS has it for around $52.00, while Kathy for $59.00, I guess because it includes a Ti nail.
I have no idea whether it is the same piece or not, because Kathy advertise it as 7mm, while SSS at 5mm.
I don't really care for the Ti nail, and really don't want to deal with Kathy again.
Could you please tell me where did you get yours?

I just got my YQ-42 from Kathy - I had a mate who wanted a nail, so he got that, and Kathy's price included shipping, so I was able to use my $10 off coupon on it.
Sunshine stores one is listed with the shipping separate, so I wouldn't've been able to use the coupon through sunshinestore.

D020-D arrived from SSS, some flaws on the perc and slightly off axis, if you look closely you can also see the mouth piece is joint at different heights on the can and the perc is a little higher up in one.. asides from that it's hard to really tell the difference. function wise it has nothing on the mobius ion (obviously) and personally i even think yingmin5's is a little better (which it should be because extra band on the perc and slightly higher price). These d020-d's chug a little too much for my liking i'm sort of just considering it more of a blend of a reti-ion and a matrix-ion because that's how it feels function wise.
For the price I can't complain. Fast shipping and shipped in lots and lots of bubble wrap

I only have the Kathy version - and I'm quite happy with it.
I honestly doubt either of them are more than 5mm, but I can't even think of a way to reliably check without using calipers or something...
I mean, sure it's worth $60 when compared to American pieces, but for china stuff I'd rather drop the cash on a GB-186 (if it was still available), GB-187, or D020-D first.
The honeycomb section isn't the best functioning section as there isn't enough room for the bubbles before they just get sucked up to the matrix section.
The matrix section works pretty well, though not as smooth and drag free as most matrix pieces.
If you want a collection of a few styles of pieces - go for it.
If you just want 1-2 main daily drivers, I'd be a bit more hesitant...

I already own the GB-187, and pretty much I was looking to mate this piece with a HI, with a cork tube, which it is pretty long once you put it all together, I like the height of the tube for that purpose.
I probably go with the SSS one, since my last experience with Kathy wasn't too pleasant.

If the hi setup is pretty tall, You may need a claisen or angle adapter for some clearance.
I've been using my LSV with a male-male adapter As a WPA, and i needed to use my cloud buddy to give me a bit more space between my face and the LSV. (It always makes me laugh when the cost of the adapters is more than the cost of the rig they're sitting in.)

After experimenting with my new glass I've learned the following
D020-2S - Great for flowers and dabs, just the right amount of drag and diffusion for smoking. Absolutely horrendous for vaping with the EVO, the drag was unbearable
YQ-42 Great for smoking and vaping, barely any drag at all. Awesome piece

I saw this last night and got super excited, love the size of the chamber. Then I noticed the percs looked crooked, but realized today it may have been from the perspective distortion. Wish it where dewaar.
Is it me or does this image make the glass look pink?

Damn so anyone got another link on a equivalent this for less than $120? Seems like a 30-50$ dhgate purchase, but the swiss perc calls to my collection. Otherwise I'd snap on that YQ-42, but I can't see it replacing my toro hex-13arm.
My advice- get the 14mm gong adapter for your vape: it will be more adaptable for future purchases. Also get a lowpro 18-14mm reducer in case the hammer bubbler is a 18mm (My personal guess is that it is 18mm female). Then you're covered for this and future purchases, and the adapters are cheap af on these shops. Only other thing I could say is that I would probably recommend http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/new-glass-hammer-bubblers-blue-color/198086601.html over the one you linked. It's an easier perc for them to place IMO and has a circ percs have a pretty controllable water bounce back (i.e. a 4 [2?] arm perc in a small hammer might require you to angle it pretty weirdly to get a good hit + not get water in your mouth).
To your second question: versus combustion- absolutely! I'm lazy but there's an image of water that had different types of cannabis smoke put through it like vapor, combustion, combustion + water, etc. And the vapor was a huge difference (nearly a clear water bottle versus a nearly black water bottle from smoking). Between using a water path and not, it is mostly easier on your lungs when the vapor is cooled via water, so healthier in that you might not cough as much, but internally roughly similar afaik.

Got my Kathy Recyler today, it vortexes if you get the right draw speed down. But hit it just a bit harder than that and you suck water in.
Still trying to figure out the proper water levels:

As I mentioned above, she also sent me an adapter for my 420 bubbler. It fucking rocks with the e-nano on top. It hit so hard that I had to take a second to catch my breath, that hasn't happened with any bubbler + nano that I've used yet. This thing is silent and deadly.

Man if they only put the ratchet perc higher up and made the recycling chamber bigger that would be one of the best China pieces available!

Those 4 percs on that CCG piece look like mini versions of the D022 downstem. Wonder how it functions..
I'm loving my D022, btw. Works so well with my LSV and with the removable downstem, cleaning a piece has never been easier. The extra chamber to add that last layer of diffusion before hitting your lips is so nice
I've managed to find a nice water level to avoid getting any splashback, but have to tip the piece forward after a hit to refill any water that made it's way up to the mouthpiece opening. I now see why ataxian raves about this thing. It's pretty much my main piece, though still waiting on yingmin for the 186/187 restock.

Is the fritted disc too much diffusion for vapor? I hear more diffusion will cut out some taste and gunk up the glass quicker.

Ugh, I just gave in a purchased this one. I need another 14mm female joint piece and this one looks like a good option so I went for it!
Will post pics and vids as soon as it arrives. I hope it is clear and not pink like it appears in some pics… Time will tell!

I've hit a goldstein at a dab bar once, and based on other reviews can't recommend a frit and avoid them like the plague. Heavy drag and kill the flavor, and because of the way the discs are made I'd be wary of buying any chinese made fritted disc. (Look into how they are made if you haven't already, I'm not saying the ones on these sites have a health risk, just that there is a chance for one) Also have heard that sometimes the vapor/smoke will get clogged in the frit and you lose some potency there + requires more cleaning as a result to function decently.
TL;DR Yes to both questions. (vapor barely gunks your piece though relative to dabs/combustion)
Personally, for vapor diffusion on the low side go for the highly praised d020, or on the high diffusion side go for something similar to the YQ-42. If you want that "bong" feel I'd go for this, I'm really tempted myself by price alone.

Everything. The joint, the perc, coloring, bridge support. Its extremely thick and hits like a dream. Definitely a real steal at 23$ and even now at 26$. My search for the perfect oil rig is over.i will post some pics when my new phone arrives in the mail
