Yeah I have been looking at the distilled glass thread for a while and I might just save my money for one of those .
I like the doughboy stuff too especially the hydrotube but his stuff is a bit expensive for me .
I have no complaints of the build quality of the one I have just want something more ergonomic for me( i am picky about that stuff to the point of annoying myself) .
And I just want to stop thinking about it already . I guess I should stop obsessively following this thread !
I guess I am just looking for the perfect piece of glass . Cheap . I must be high !

Edit : Was thinking about getting a new stem for my Solo . With shipping from PV would cost almost as much as the 288 !

Kathy's slow shipping just made yingmin5 some $$. If only I'd had my order from her I might have resisted, but I had to order the GB-228 just now. Been waiting on that in a female joint for a while and for $22.50 shipped? Twist my arm:nod:

I've gotta say that the sidecar and that price make the 228 hard to resist. I wonder if there is enough room between the stem and the can for the Lotus? It will be tight...

I know right, Alina's piece is looking real attractive, and I always wanted an Atomic Perc. Plus I'm a sucker for a removable MP.

Ugh, wish my CCG and Kathy piece was here already.

Yep Alina's piece was calling too, but I resisted...so far. With that adapter it comes with it becomes a $43 hydrafoot for a HT. Must resist...

I have to say with better herb or better buds the hits with my d020-d are better and i can finish 1 load and finish the 12 minutes at 4 level with good vapor at the end and i have to put on a few minutes more so very good . @ataxian can you tell me something about from your own experience?

We all have our own way.
I don't have D020-D however I use a D022 with my NANO. (Log)
D020 I use with my SOLO.
I have many setups just to mix it up.
I have too many pieces to clean and store.
However I just medicate and do what works for me.
If the D020-D provides the results your after your doing well.
CANNABIS is the HOLY GRAIL remember not accessories!
Nice to have a few as long as a purpose is met!

Received my 2 pieces from Kathy last night actually but I didn't check my tracking until this morning to realized that they were delivered yesterday already. Picked it up from the mailbox this morning and they look good! Will do a video later or something with my solo

I told you guys it was probably a mistake and to jump on it. Just a few days ago that cheap Kathy hammer was like $60 due to a mistake. Now it is back down to 20 something. The yingmin price is still better than sunshine store model with male joint. I do not think anyone is being shady

If you saw it when it was 22 and did not order you have no one to blame but yourself

Ordered on 12th, shipped out on 15th and received on the 25th. Being in Canada her shipping prices of a couple dollars to a couple of quarters per piece is much easier to go with even if it "takes longer" to process and ship etc. all the other sellers on there charge way too much sometimes same price if not more than the piece of glass itself.

I poured some water in the pieces to test them out to see what kinda water levels I want as to not get splashed.

IMO it is a good idea to get a female-female adapter for a lot of these chinese pieces. Maybe it's just my water amount preference but I find with some of my pieces like the D020-2-W the water goes up the downstem part pretty far, so i like having the extra clearance imo.

i can't speak for other pieces obv since i only have the D0202W and the D022

Has a nice little purr. Not much of a chug like I had imagined. Can't wait to put the nano on top, I think they will pair well being so small.

The top worked piece w/ the tye dye swirl that is attached to the mouthpiece acts as a splash guard of sorts. If you have too much water/pull too hard it will flow into this piece and stay out of the chamber. Neat. If only it was connected at the bottom it would recycle.

yeah, I had to stop for a while too, but we have been having a lot of fun using the various pieces I do have. Some have traveled around with me to fest and some stay put away most of the time, but there is a lot of rotation and it's nice to have so many choices for sure. I feel I have a pretty well rounded cheap glass collection now so I haven't felt any urges to buy more, at least until some of these pieces start to die. They all seem to be holding up much better than I originally anticipated.
