One of the better glass pieces I have (very nice mouthpiece) and it is cheap on DHGate (US$40) or similar at TAG for a hundred more,

This looks like yours a bit? upside down perc too. Maybe this is the one I should grab.

edit ;; this is the one in your video lmao...if nobody else has anything else to post, ill probably grab this.

not seeing any straight fab glass anywhere for a decent price.

just need to grab a 14 to 18 adapter

also how is the weight? Will it tilt with an S adapter and a flowerpot on it?

This piece would have been amazing if they used a SOL perc instead? or a donut? Anything other than a FOL perc

the fritted one is a bit big though, price is a bit high. Wondering if it's worth the price when most people change pieces a lot.

I mean, I thought you wanted something big and stable... The price is pretty reasonable for what you get, comparable to others... There are always coupons but yeah around a hundred.. not sure what you mean by, most people changing pieces a lot, because I don't think that's true??

I am thinking about getting a cheap version of something like this and call it a day.

These are okay, very common, I've used one before, it's the long barrel inline below tree perc, not that easy to clean though, or very versatile, but it certainly is fine...

Just maybe find one with a decent perc in it. Trying to keep my budget under $60

https://www.ebay.com/itm/2561005649...=2047675&ssuid=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY or something simple like this. has fritted perc I think

Yeah that one is terrible, it is not simple, the second perc is some sort of matrix birdcage, it wouldn't do anything if you tried to put water in there, the right amount to have it do the right thing would give you a big drink... Also the frit disc is the version I was describing, natural perc below instead of inline, so it will not use the full disc filtration depending on the vape airflow etc... Furthermore it is most certainly not going to be as good quality as the other one I showed you, you can see it is much finer, not a coarse frit at all

Haha yes, not sure if it was you, but someone else sent three different TAG rigs a couple pages back, I explained with detail each perc variation in a reply, this is the reverse shower head, pretty good for flavor and flow with diffusion balance for most vapes I think

What do you consider a decent price? You missed a bunch of sales recently so best time to buy would be in November again... Also SamL has the larger 18 mm version coming soon not yet available as I said... Will be like CaliBear FOL

just need to grab a 14 to 18 adapter

Many sellers might be able to provide this for you if you ask when you purchase the rig...

also how is the weight? Will it tilt with an S adapter and a flowerpot on it?

I always turn those adapters to the side, making every rig a sidecar, much better for the balance and ergonomics imo that is a small piece although it is well designed, short with a decent base, but enough weight far enough away could tilt anything depending on the situation exactly even from a touch then just a lean...

Huh? This is the one that has been discussed here many times and in the SamL thread, it originally had a fountain circ perc (similar to the original TAG super slit donut, which is just their name for it, it's not actually any sort of donut, but it has many more slits better made) then people requested the FOL instead to be like the CaliBear straight fab... Why do you think SOL would be better here? Having the slits on the sides only makes sense for a certain style of peace, it changes to diffusion and flow

The mouthpiece is similar to the other mouthpiece they have on the modular rig I had, I kept the mouthpiece it is pretty solid, the ribbing helps cool, this one looks better because of the narrow tip for me... A little restrictive, but the style of the piece is that way, the downstem has a bit more restriction with a lot of holes, GooRoo downstem is a bit better with fewer larger holes and open bottom but you can always buy that separately for more variety too... It holds a lot of water with the wider base is all so that also adds a bit to the restriction in flow compared to the narrower cans like the goo

$20 for this. Is the base too little or glass super thin? Good price, too bad the mouthpiece isnt modular but how can complain at that price point.

Haha yeah that one has come up in these conversations before as well, people who have it like it, though it is pretty different... Never-ending options! I'm glad to have been pretty done lately finally myself lol

I purchased this piece many years ago from Sunshine Store (where it was the D022) and have really enjoyed it. It is a very solid piece and was recommended to me by @ataxian. The piece in the middle which I have referred to as the tumor is a little bit of a hassle if it fills with water, but it separates the stem from the can which make it very easy to watch vapor progress which is helpful with vapes like the Lotus. Sunshine still sells it for more money. I don't know if this less expensive version is as well made.

I like Nectar Collector. It cost me $7 and it was the cheapest piece of glass I've ever bought! With a kind of o-ring I managed to stop using this 10mm adapter from the pic. It got even better because of the discretion it provides - he it is slightly bigger than my vapes!

Looking for help and with nearly 1300 pages it would take forever to scroll through them all.

I am looking for a new glass piece to pair with the arizer argo and xq2. I have a submarine/compressor style small bubber from sneaky pete or vape north for us Canadians. But was hoping to find something new to use with my devices, want something that is easy to clean or comes with a low profile ash catcher or link to buy sperately.

I am not sure what the difference is when it comes to the percs inside and what you get from the different styles. I would like something that is easy to take pulls from with maximizing cooling with more water capacity or a certain perc?

Anyways, looking for help on a new glass piece, looking to not break the bank as I am on a budget but know cheap is not always the best way to buy products... Hoping for some help, located in Canada so shipping and or import fees need to be known so its not a shock when it arrives.

Thanks for the help, will try to look through more pages on this thread when I can!

can't say I have a specific recommendation but I am a fellow Canadian 🇨🇦👍. while you are waiting for a response for a actual product go browse DHgate, you can just google to see. site is Chinese but in English but stuff ships from china. I wouldn't worry about duties, not impossible to happen but in several years I've never had a package flagged and got charged. when you looking at the site prob want to use app, available apple and droid, the site is legit, scroll back and most the links here are from there. advantage of the app is you can use pictures in the search function and all venders with something that matches will show up. sort through for best price with free shipping called e packet and will say free, make sure its a vender that sells single buys, theres many bulk sellers there most convince and head shops buy from gate or similar. set Canadian for currency

ignore the drop down attached

I'm a big fan of hammer pipes myself for many vapes, small, good flavour cause small, comfortable to use while sitting in a chair and lightweight. search hammer pipe, theres not to many styles but if you want something a bit nicer search coloured hammer pipe and you'll see some heady style ones, they go from cheap to expensive but the mostly work the same, just a few different Perc types.

fyi you can screen capture a product page and crop the pic to just the bong and use that pic for the search

Don't be intimidated by the length, just skim backwards, most stuff relevant will be there though you'll have to gloss over some nonsense there will be plenty to give you a sense of what is out there

I'm curious as to what type of glass people recommend for the XQ2-- any thoughts?

You could check the thread for the XQ2, and the EQ, but you could also check ask FC, pretty sure I actually saw someone asking about this there, or on Reddit recently too??

Depends probably how you are connecting to the EQ, hydro tube setup could work, with a separate whip most anything else could work too but it's not the ideal system I suppose? But depends on the fan and the flow, I wouldn't know for sure though

is that the new da Vinci?? they still use 10mm water pipe adapter? Yes to this

Haha no XQ2 is the new Arizer EQ!

🤣🤣🤣 thanks snacks, been gone a while........ so long of a while I have even forgot vapes that were released when I was still here all the time 🤣🤣🤣🤣

one of those v2 calibare straight fab's might not be bad xq2 but did they ever make the base bigger?? my v1 was to tippy for my flowerpot, had to make a base out of sculpty air dry clay for stability

No, but if you skim back a bit you'll see there are quite a few alternatives now that do have wider bases for the most part actually ;)

still the bad influence eh snacks?? glad you haven't changed 😄 and are still around.

I saw you like that da Vinci 10 mm question @LesPlenty , at least snacks had the decency to use the laugh emoji unlike you! lol. how you doing company man??? you more or less only got the position when I dissapiered for a bit, miss that Tasmanian devil avatar of yours 😭

I like any post that I read that does not seem to waste too much of my time...been looking at water hammers for as long as I have broken glass...which is your fav?
the cheapest of course 😉 but have been looking for something nicer. been browsing the gate and haven't had much luck finding something that speaks to me. I don't like leaving apps open forever so every time I go looking I am often starting at the beginning of the search all over lmao but I'll keep looking till something jumps out, the one I got works fine 👍

No reviews on the above product but looks kinda cool. Does Glycerine make much of a difference when vaping temperature wise? Pros and Cons to using a glycerine pipe if any of you are fans of them to begin with I am not sure. Could spend forever searching on dhgate...get lost in it all.

Do you all recommend a perc that is removable for easier cleaning? There is a Canadian who sells his table top and orbit bongs, anyone used his product before? Here is his site: www.tabletopbong.com

this one has reviews:

@ChronPain86 something like that is to complicated for me, prob a bugger to clean

sometimes a nice reg bong is great
its small and good for certain vapes, easy to clean and has ice pinches, I'd rather do that then worry about a glycerine part that might leak

if you don't like the angle you can get one of these to change it

j hooks are another great option for vaping, love this one. not a bong so dry hits

@LesPlenty I do have this one in my cart, still deciding if to get, might do some more looking first 👍

You can use the search feature, there are reports of people using them here, most of the Chinese ones aren't worth it though imo
