I do have high hopes for the purple fab, I'm hoping I like the style since my plan was to get that more expensive green specked with orange that arb posted a while back. I waited to long to order and it went out of stock, says back in stock soon and I already sent a buyer request. I actually hope it doesn't restock till after I get my purple fab to try. glad to hear I should get the purple base! I was a little concerned after that teal fab pic was posted with a clear base?

Oh yeah there's a teal one that I posted, that one is different from the purple one and the green one, and the honeycomb fountain one, it is a third different style from a different seller, I've only seen that seller with it, that one actually interests me because of how unique it is lol this is it, the store also has the other style purple and green ones too!

Oh I see, my mistake, I guess the base could be a gamble... I would go by your seller's photos I guess, RelaxHome with the teal I shared have the same purple with the base colored, and Compared to the ones at Glass99: the honeycomb one (two diff links) has purple base, but only the tip of the mouthpiece purple, and their same purple slitted one has clear base... like their green one. So yeah there are variations clearly!

Oh hey Glass99 have this wacky non-ground glass joint jayhook but it comes with a nice looking stand?

@delta hotel sorry I want to help you though, what's an example of your favorite color glass that you are trying to match? Maybe I can give you my opinion, if I think it will match the one I linked, I do think it is not dark green but a light opaque green... Perhaps you might like this one that is far cheaper??

Yeah I know that one, it is a klein incycler, like those rainbow ones I had posted, those had fountain slitted perk like the purple fab, however I cannot tell with these ones if they are shower head (facing down) or fountain (facing up)... But yes its just like the incycler recycler version of the straight fab! Which seller are you looking at, but I know that tobaccoglass are good sellers with these!

That is a fucked up downstem/perc. I am guessing one needs to fill the waterline past the top perc, but I cant imagine pulling hard enough for the bottom percs to fire...

No worries, I read that like you had it and the color just caught my eye scrolling. I love olives and foresty greens, that's why it caught my eye, and I don't often see glass in that color. The piece you linked isn't bad looking, but more of a blue green. I was just considering it based solely off loving the color. That and I don't own a recycler yet. I may end up taking the plunge on that one, still considering it. Might see what other green pieces I can dig up first. Thanks for anything you do find though!

Yeah all good, the second one I posted may not be so good, and yes it is that dark lake green... I do think the first one I posted is not at all olive or forest green, a bright light jade green closer to slime I think like this... However the pieces from Phoenix Glass that we were talking about, seem to have a darker forest and olive green in them, like this though the fab egg version that bad dog mentioned that is out of stock, looks especially more like olive green forest to me... Cannot find a link since it is out of stock I guess? But if you skim back, or search for posts from @arb you can find it

Meh I will say that it is still useful, being so much smaller than my GooRoo 3piece (still not exactly sure if yours and mine are the same size or not haha mine is a total of 18.5 inches tall as well though, but we were thinking the can of yours is bigger than mine...) however we'll see when I use it again, it has been packed away for quite some time! Antsy for more deliveries lol

Edit: to be clear I am using the GooRoo orange 3piece a lot, I meant the FC Mod can with circ perc has been packed away!

Also fuck again because these are very appealing to me with the aquatic theme and $73 after coupon, although I don't know which color I would get:

Milk blue matches my FOL straight fab and that thick spiked tube, but maybe that is more reason to get one of the clear blue or purple? (thinking that, but too subtle??)

I still think I want to order the aquatic rig as well, it's only 10 inches tall, more like my inline honeycomb size (that's 9.5 in) I think same height as the green fountain recycler actually, but it has shower head perc slightly different than what I have, though should be simple function and yeah medium size? Mostly it is a beauty play because I like the colors, the color seaweed and the fish in the perc... I think I decided to get the blue one, even though I might like the color seaweed of the purple one more, I like the yellow fish in the blue too! So just a matter of time??

Haha I swear the one I am itchy trigger finger on is the blue aquatic rig from llglass though they seem like they really might be the same shop as this fashion glass place, however there is some difference between the selection, some unique pieces at each shop, and some pieces that seem to be the same have slight difference (like the aquatic rig)

Oh, first yeah I have not ordered these yet and not planning to per se, but their mouthpieces look longer than that klein was, what I specifically don't like about that klein is it was a bent mouthpiece that is so short that it is essentially not even bent? Like that CCG style mouthpiece they use on their short rigs, and what I hate about their mouthpiece in particular is the narrow diameter of it like on my straight fab that restricts airflow... Finally it is specifically the flaring of the mouthpieces that is really risky, so many of them I hate for that reason primarily, tricky to find good ones, regardless of width and length exactly, but yeah I want a good bend regardless... The length of the mouthpiece depends on the height of the piece too, the can height can offset a shorter mouthpiece, but yeah it is how it is bent and flared, all these variables together... Does that make sense? Also the reason I am interested in like the aquatic rig, is primarily the pretty features, I'm thinking I will take a gamble on the mouthpiece for the beauty

Well I think I hit an ending point again, finally ordered the blue sea world aquatic rig, llglass were very quick to respond after I ordered confirming it will look just like the photo...

And the aquatic rig has arrived!!

^Here are some angles of it shot with the flash, I'll get more shots later, better shots, and with water, really love how it is in person! Everything is perfect, love the colors of the fish and the seaweed, and the blue accents... No flash fish close up:

The glass is insanely thick, like really impressive, the base is wide and so is the can, very unique, mouthpiece is a little small but very nice not too narrow... It shipped in a very thick box and encased in styrofoam, I ordered September 9th and it arrived today so a little under a month total, not bad! It beat out a lot of other items that were ordered earlier and are still enroute...

And the bowl is so nice, it has a built-in honeycomb screen and nice heady horn handle, seems like it actually fits the Halo perfectly so I'm excited to try it as a microdose bowl!!

Yeah I was worried about that, but for me in person it's actually a solid bend, more so than the CaliBear straight fab FOL at least, and the total length actually is about the same as my inline honeycomb and green fountain recycler, because the total length includes the blue little vortex part at the bottom, nice little splash guard if I do load more water! So yeah like those pretty comfortable to hit off the table bending over and can also be held in the hand...

Working really well with the FW7 so far at least, it's nice how you can load very little water when the slits face downward, like I have here, I will experiment loading more of course, but the airflow through the mouthpiece is great actually, not narrow no real draw restriction from that, the slight flaring is comfortable and smooth thick glass... Here is a little comparison shot:

I'd say it is as comfortable if not more than the inline honeycomb standard (the green fountain recycler one is pretty solid too, despite the narrower path and more flaring, it works well, better than the quad pillar recyclers not pictured here, it's just unfortunate the glass is all roughed up as I said for that one) all are way better than the narrow path and flat mp of the straight fab... And the biggest bent mouthpiece still to come is that large Biao inline, tracking has not been scanned still after 3 weeks (the Biao blue saki has also not been scanned in that amount of time but it was scanned earlier and is at least confirmed enroute)

Oh, haha yeah, that one is much shorter so it hardly seems to bend at all really! I have avoided any like that myself, and that one seems to have the same style of narrow path with flat mouthpiece like my own straight fab made by clean clear glass CaliBear (GreekGlass sell Biao stuff?) which is a shame because I think it is a nice piece otherwise, perc, path, and funnel, but that restricts the draw so much for mine...
