CCA sent an email saying parts have shipped. Now will it ship today, tomorrow or ship out Monday is another questions. At least they created a label which is the first step.

lol i think the engraving is badass. the sic is not quartz, you are not losing heat transfer to the engraving, heat spreads evenly throughout the sic and even moreso the obsidian with the amount of contact to hot ti. it looks to be really shallow too, so i wouldn't worry about it..and i don't think it's adding that much to overhead.

I got my Tsunami and new Hurricane caps last week as well as the flat dabber for use with my 30mm. Dabber length is now perfect and the flat dabber is versatile so it's good shatter and scooping crumble. The Tsunami fits well but I don't see an improvement over the Storm Cell cap. The new Hurricane I dropped my temp down to 560F from 575F and am getting much better flavour with less pooling. I find it's a bit harsher maybe because of the Ti so I may try the Wierdeer cap out soon.
I think the engraving on the Obsidian is a bit much but I like it, it's a nice touch just like those fancy boxes he's using now. I doubt any will go up in value over time but with their frequent revisions serial numbers will help us tell the different revisions apart more easily and help for reselling them in the future.

I got my coil from NewVape. It fits the 16mm and 20mm ligers like a custom made glove.i ordered a 16mm liger about a week ago. looking forward to trying it out. no rush as i need to get a 16mm coil as well nowmini xlr,150 watt. where do you guys go for coils?
It is however not a standard connection. It's more of a aviation styled connection. I personally love how sturdy and secure it is compared to the standard coil connections.
Ps. About appreciation in value. This is laughable. The only way the engraved and numbered inserts would increase in value is with those whom covet the Liger products. Otherwise the claimed to be more valuable and collectable inserts is just a gimmick and styling perk. All of which hold no real value in the overall vaporizing world and community.
Keep clicking up boys and pretty soon your circle will create that more valuable hype in your exclusive little circle.
I'm just excited to see what's next and hopefully the detailed and much needed updated information on the damn companies website.

A mini XLR sounds a lot like a Mininail coil. I just bought two new Mininail coils. They are 5 pin mini XLR connectors and are expensive at $70 a coil.

I just ordered my 20mm from Mininail at doubled your price. SMH... Now i know where to go next time. still SMH!
I would have already bought or pre-ordered the obsidian dish and some adapters If I had received my Liger last week. They created the label Friday but havent gave it to USPS.
But since they are so slow to ship, i didnt want to spend more money with a company like this without knowing their products are worth it. So i spent my $200 at Newvape today and will just wait until i hear the reviews on the obsidian before pulling the trigger.

exactly, while i call bs on increasing value its no different then some of the silly shit glass blowers do like charging 3-5x as much because you used a little bit of color in an otherwise normally clear design, or having "collabs" cost more than a car.......gtfo

BIG difference in art glass vs metal machine work. Considering his machine work isn't even that great compared to other companies.
The Liger might retain value but really has no reason to increase. Any increased value is purely imaginary to the beholder.
I do hope those inserts are the shit. I love how Josh innovates but his way of business has really turned me off. It's not just one issue. He has many many issues with how he runs a business.

I guess your right. Maybe he has no ambitions to take his business to the next level and is happy with just building a few Liger when he gets an order. I am sure his machine shop or the one he is using is busy machining industrial parts as that is probably the machine shop's core business and CCA is a side business.

I dont see the Liger retaining value. How would it? The supply is basically there with a slight delay. Most human beings can wait 2 weeks. Not happy too but will do it and most likely not pay more to get it sooner.
I see a person trying to sell his 30mm Liger with Sapphire insert for $235 shipped in classified and hasnt sold in 3 weeks while MOST of us are buying from CCA710.com.
And if the obsidian is sold out, there will be other inserts that will be better or equivalent as CCA would need it to continue his business model. If he sold out of inserts, he really doesnt sell Ligers.
