I was thinking of getting that water tube, I have been looking for awhile to try and find one that isn't the pinnacle. I know the vaporblunt 2.0 has a water tube attachment with the dlx version but I can't seem to find a place that sells just the tube. If anyone knows of a place that sells one please let me know or if you have any other suggestions when it comes to a water tube for my solo :D

I picked one up from the yoyokid1 a few weeks ago. Its great. You can milk it with a restricted draw, but Stu hit the nail on the head, the WT is tiny. Here is a link to his buy now/best offer WT page, I recommend him as a seller, he replies to messages every day and is very friendly. And I got a great deal

It will surprise you how small it is, even when expecting it to be small before opening the box up and holding it in your hand. I love the piece, its beautiful, functions as its meant to (nice pull), holds its water (no water in mouth or solo). It works great with my DART carts too. Just an all around good addition to the collection IMO.

Interesting Yoshi, My stem is not clear above the bottom oil...it is like it is fogged up. Now seeing yours I wonder why. See below how mine appears to be cloudy?

It wasn't cloudy when I first started letting it get dirty. I guess it will clean up when ready. I can't remember if my other stem was like that before I cleaned it. Maybe there is a difference between the PV and stock as far as clouding up?

Edit: I mean golden oily:D not dirty:brow:

I did the dumbest thing while stoned and tried to inhale through the other side. Particulate got all up in the stem! It just stayed because it was so sticky though

so it has to be a restricted draw to milk it??? my GonG is the PVHES 14mm Turbo.... maybe there is too much airflow going on??? i will try Dreamerr suggestion later and use one of my stock stems which has more restriction and test

Let me know what you find. If it is better with less airflow I'm assuming it would be a better option to get a regular gong not a PVHES gong. And I'm also going to assume that the regular gong has around the same airflow as a stock stem, if this isn't the case please correct me

Michael stop showing us a stem you don't own cause we get jealous every time.
So nobody knows why my stem is cloudy hmmmmmmmmmmmm. Notice it is not cloudy at the lower end. Inquiring minds want to know so does anyone have an answer. Please, I don't want to clean it yet cause it isn't ready. I think I tried to push the cloudy stuff from the top and it does move but will try again to make sure it isn't the glass.
Yoshi I have done that with the stem backwards and it isn't fun.
Menz let us know if the stock stem worked.

Easy!

Option 1 : Use a cotton ball and rub it inside your stem then pack your chamber with the cotton and vape away at.

Option 2 : splash some hit milk through it and drink a chocolate (never done that)

Option 3 : pour 90% or above ISO alcohol and wash your stem with it... let the alcohol evaporate and keep the oil.

no lol. I read a while back of someone putting it in their coffee. so I as a DAILY coffee drinker. EASY. Step 1, brew coffee regular, STEP 2, put the coffee in the microwave for 2 minutes so it's kinda boiling. STEP 3, put your stem in your cup, I let it sit for a minute or two then added cream. It's amazing for you coffee drinkers out there. Now I allow my stem to build up JUST for this purpose. I was also one of those guys cleaning my stem every 2-3 days by flushing and wasting that good vape oils. Never again

That coffee method seems awesome going to try it this weekend after some more oil builds up

You can still have the best of both worlds, clean your stem with iso once a week & save it up in a mason jar until you have enough to make it worth your time to evap & scrape it up.

Option 5 - Boil in water with butter, take the stem out and when cool lick all the goodies off from what is left. I don't like to waste. Then use the water and butter to cook or put it in the fridge to separate and use the next day on your bagel or whatever.

Dreamerr, my stock stem gets cloudy as well near the mouthpiece end. Golden like michaels up until half an inch past the bend, after that its cloudy, and a bit cracked up like dried dirt if you look really closely. I think that it is just the beginning of the oil buildup, particles tend to clump together more often than to new surfaces, so I think its just a matter of time before that clouding builds up into gold itself.

As to why yoshis stem doesnt cloud like yours or mine, I can only imagine it depends on the moisture content and quality of your herb, and maybe the fact that his screen is letting particulates through and its disrupting the even buildup of oil? Ah thats a bit far, but possible. I use a 325 mesh screen so nothing gets through, like yours.

On another thought, do you blow through your stem at the end of sessions to get all the little bits remaining out of the screen? (because i know i do after i dump the abv). If so, its possible the humidity from our breaths, or maybe even saliva particles are gathering in there and that is what is causing the clouding. Yoshi, any input on if you do this or not?
