hmmm maybe I shouldn't have sent my extra one back to Amazon yesterday, well, too late now. I got a Pax and wanted to offset the cost, having 2 solo's seemed a little excessive at the time so I returned it. I had no idea they would suddenly disappear from Amazon like that. I hope it's not permanent.

Testing the waters of those two vapes and I'm indecisive about it ahaha. But on the plus side I dabbed for the first time ever earlier this week so thats sweet

Just a question, is Arizer pulling out of the market? I was looking to buy a solo off Amazon, and almost all the Arizer solo's for sale are gone. They have limited stocks of the extreme and the v-tower in the Arizer amazon store, too

I sure hope not.

I went on Puffitup , and it shows only the $ 150 as being out of stock .
But you can still " add to cart " for the $ 250 units ?
Maybe it's just for the Sales units ?
I didn't check amazon for $ 250 units ?

Easiest way to find out is chat with puffitup on their site.

I've bugged em quite a few times so I'll pass on doing it myself.

I would guess either an upgrade in the near future or Arizer slowed down production for whatever reason (lower than MSRP price, too much supply, etc)

I saw a few on Amazon this morning that were priced around $200, but yea the Easyvape ones are gone as are a couple of others. My guess is they were selling them too far below what Arizer wants, maybe? And yea, Easyvape put theirs on Ebay, too. That's where I got mine. It should be arriving this afternoon, just in time for a fun weekend outside!

I know the feeling man. I had $200 in amazon credit otherwise I wouldn't have bought my Solo either back in march. I ended up having to pay an extra $15 ($175 compared to $160 on ebay) from Amazon but I didn't have any cash at the time, only amazon credit.

I just bought my power adapter about a week ago from Amazon, for the same reaosn because of the amazon credit.

The PA did disappear for about 2-3 days from Amazon and then popped up again.

I would guess the listing just expired and it'll be renewed within the next day or so.

I've been craving for a vaporizer to fill a spot between MFLB and DBV. The Solo seems to be about the best bet. Gosh, if I end up keeping in line for the HI, I'm going to have quite a collection started :S

you sound like I did a few years back. I had both those same two vapes at the same time and I found the solo as well lol. Don't worry man I'm sure they'll get it back in soon. And you won't be disappointed with the solo.

OK, I got it! It's very cool and I love the look and feel. Here is my reluctant newbie question- how long does it take to charge and how do I know when it's charged? I'm sure this has been answered a million times, but I'm vaked and can't find the info. And I really want to try this baby, but after an hour or so, it still wont turn on...

Uh oh. It shoould light up as soon as you plug it into the wall. itll show you the battery level from 1-7.

I know how you feel ,
Mine takes aprox . 2 1/2 to 3 hours to full charge .
You'll know when it's full charge when it lights up to 7 . And the green light stops flashing .
Also the green light at the top should ALWAYS be flashing , until full charge , then it stops flashing .
You should be able to see the indicator lights move from 1 to 2 to 3 ...when charging up . ( slowly )

After the First full charge when I got it .
I've always interrupted the charging process to do some portable vaping .

But yes , you should see some lights when you plug it in .

So last night I tried the mcdonalds cup stealth technique

I was getting ready to go out, about to go see some stand up (Wil Anderson - he's hilarious, check out his podcast; TOFOP), and I thought a quick vape beforehand would be nice

So I got a large maccas cup, my GonG solo stem (I don't have a stealth adapter) and about 1 cm of 7th floor tubing.
I hoped the straw would seal with the tubing, but it didn't, so I cut it in half (so I had 2 "c" shaped piece of tube) and put 1 of the piece inside the stem.
The straw was a little diffy to get in there, but it wasn't moving once it was in.
I trimmed the straw, cut a window in the side of the cup, and I was ready to go

The straw didn't actually make an airtight seal, but it was actually better that way for me.
I got smaller clouds, and the vapor was less harsh than hiring a stem directly


I had it pre-loaded and ready to go when I met up with my buddy, and just sorta sipped on it while we were walking around.

It was so stealth, my buddy didn't realize what I was doing till I told him, and he knows all about my vapes, he just though I had a coke from maccas

I'll have to throw up some pics of it soon haha.

Hi, everyone been reading fc for a long time, first post and i think Im going to be getting the solo. I'm jinterested on the solo b/c of its vapor quality and portability. I was wondering if the car adaptor would allow the solo to run like the ac adaptor, or if there is a way to do this. From the posts Ive read so far it seems battery duration is not an issue with this portable. So is an ac adaptor even necessary? I only plan on using a bowl or two a day, but am concerned if a bowl takes 15-20 min meaning 4-5 bowls per charge. The pricing on the adaptors seem cheap does anyone have recommendations. Btw im planning on getting the PIU "special" for 160, I hope the stem in these doesn't make the draw feel to restricted.

So far as I know, the car adapter is just a charger. No ac passthrough there.
I have the ac adapter, and have not used it since I got it.

I get 6-8 stems (which take me 12 mins pretty much every time) per charge, which suits my needs perfectly.

I've also got a 2nd solo though, so if my batt dies I've always got another one ready to go.

Some others here have the ac adapter and love it, but for me I just can't find a use for it that is more convinient than my current usage patterns.

If it was my 1 and only vape I could see the ac adapter being a fair bit more handy.

Welcome to FC ,
If you are doing 1 or 2 bowls a day , I would say you do not need the car charger or the PA .
The Solo will have enough charge power for those sessions .
Plus after you finish your sessions , you can always re-charge to top it up .

The car charger , I can see using if you are going camping for a few days away from an outlet .
I have the PA , because I use the Solo a lot and do not want to run out of power in the middle
of a session/bowl .

I find a full charge Solo can go 2 1/2 to 3 hours straight use depending on Temp. settings .
I like to start at 5 and maybe move up to 6 and 7 afterwards .
The higher temps will drain more power faster .

You can always add accessories later ,
I got mine from PIU for 160 also .
Randy is a good guy and was very helpful to me .

Then I vaped and pulled out the stem, looking at the ABV,stuck my little finger in there to stir it up a little. LOL. Yep, my whole finger is a blister. Damn. I love this thing

That's a NOOB mistake I and many others have made and I bet you wont do that again...

I stuck my finger down in the hole like an idiot too.... I found the TV remote in the fridge not long ago after a session like that...
