I have spare batteries for my SOLO’s .Defective battery?
If I vape at say level 4 or 5 it works fine. If I leave the vape sitting at 7 sitting, it stays on. But after heating+vaping level 4, 5, then 7 it will shut off. It will shut off and the blue idle light will flash. It is a many years old, it was sitting around the past month or so because it would heat. I reset it and charged it, and now I'm trying to diagnose it lol. I just didn't want to buy a battery incase it's just defective

Have you been using it plugged in? The Solo can be used on the charger but it can stress the battery if done too much so I don't use it plugged in. A friend and I bought ours at the same time. He had a habit of using it plugged in and his battery got so weak he had to send it in. Mine is going on over 5 years without a hitch.
Edit: After a bit of consideration, I think there's an easy test that might confirm/deny the battery pack. Fully charge it, so it 'reads' full on the battery test function on power up (all lights). Then get it to crash out heating a couple of times then quickly check battery charge again. It should still be 'full' (all lights or all but one lit), if it reads low the battery pack is highly suspect.......

Basically this solo was my friends. He owned it alittle after cannabis became legal in Colorado so its 4-5 years old! I sold my solo when I bought my air (I like every vape in my arsenal to have a specific purpose, I thought they were similar but I did miss the solo flavor).
I have white one I LOVE but it came that way?If it's really that old, it's most likely an original (True PA) version that won't 'charge while using'? You might test for that. I don't have a new version handy (I prefer the True PA), so I don't recall what happens. The new ones either quit running to charge or quit charging to run.
If it's a older version, IMO that's well worth having.
Glad it's running again at any rate. Solo is just too good to have idle.

Is it easy to replace solo's battery?I have white one I LOVE but it came that way?
My three SOLO’s are da so useful for most!
Very easy for some people? Is it easy to replace solo's battery?

I dont believe the previous owner used it while plugged in often. I should have said its really old in my post so yeah not worried about the warranty but very cool to know yours is going on 5 years. Is that on the original battery?
Yeah, not going to 100% charged battery is a good tip basically. When you store it, if at all, you store the solo at 40% battery? My first Solo is over 5 years old and the second one I got as a replacement is a little over a year. The older unit is still running like a youngster. Come to think of it....the older unit gets slightly better battery life than the newer unit and they have been treated equally. Also - the older version has always taken longer to fully charge so I believe the batteries in the newer version are a slightly lower capacity. I usually recharge them right after the session that brings them to 2 lights or lower and when I first got them I charged them all night long before first use. I know the recommendation after the first full charge when new is that you charge to 7 but not till full..... but I haven't experienced significant battery degradation by charging fully each time. By always fully charging I may get less charging cycles though. Time will tell.....

I was going to use this post to print a 3D baseplate (found some local printers in my area).

Now you've got my attention! I have 3 Solos, and 2 of them have cracks in the bases. I just know that when I have to replace batteries (soon), I'm going to have trouble because the cracks radiate from the screw holes. Are you interested in getting some extras made and selling them?
Hi everybody. This is the first time I bought arizer. I'm really wondering if my solo arizer is fake?
i read this post https://www.calgaryvaporizer.ca/blogs/calgary-vaporizer-blog/real-vs-fake-arizer-solo. look at the bottom and heating chamber is the fakeLooks real to me. . . why would you think it's fake?
Thanks.i buy used from ebay. i look the bottom don't have RoHS and cerificate. Do you buy it direct from arizer? The bottom of yours looks like the one mine from Arizer. . . I can't see the bowl/chamber well enough on your pictures.
Did you buy it new or used?
