I'm a four or six kinda guy. Although I agree, the unused LEDs are nice, fun to watch while heating and charging. Also a handy 'read' on the charge level which becomes really important near the bottom sometimes......

I wonder how long Arizer is going to have the Solo for sale? They seem to be getting pushed further and further back in their website, no more NLE for sale, and no way of knowing how many remain in stock. Aside from the design/material flaw that results in the bases cracking (which doesn't affect operation) it's hard to find fault with them and it would be a shame if Arizer became known as the company that "used to make the Solo".

Using dry.....I start at 4 for the first session on a new fill. Move to 5 for the second session. Move to 6 for the third session and 7 to finish it all off. I generally take 4 hits per session. If the ABV ain't black.....I'll be back.

I broke my straight stem, that came with my Solo, just now. I don't know what the current state of the market is, with the Solo II out now, etc. What stem do you recommend these days? I'm not looking for a WPA? I don't think I want a wood stem. TIA

For my lack of knowledge the SOLO is basic however some Bling.
Personally the FLAVOR is decent.

Hasn't this been attributed to resting it upside-down on a WPA? I have a couple solos that have seen heavy use and the bottom plates are fine.
