Been soaking since Sunday. Any ideas?
Yes, long soaks cold are not very productive. You want hot. And fresh. Put the FBomb in a jar or similar (I use one of the plastic squeeze bottles you see ketchup in i restaurants, it's soft enough to not chip and the FBomb 'just fits'. Add a dash of PBW (a few ccs?) and the hottest water from the tap. I then put the lot in a bowl of hot water in the sink and dribble in enough to keep it hot for 5 or 10 minutes, removing it to shake from time to time so that fresh fluid is flushed through the piece.
Heat, time, agitation and fresh PBW are keys. The 'oxygen action' is what gets under stuff, once that's gone agitation is all there is left. As it cools, the chemical action slows WAY down. You want hot.
Since the bulk is gone, a treatment or two more should do the trick I'd bet?
Good luck.
