It’s no surprise the Anvil also delivers with concentrates. The best DIY setup I’ve found so far is by cutting two screens so they can folded in half and put in the bowl. You then sandwich your dab in one of the screens, put that in the bowl first then put the other screen atop it. You can’t put much in, maybe .03-.05 but like bud it vaporizes it in one hit.

Here’s the results from cold heating the bottom copper ring directly.

Well folks here’s the moment some of you have been waiting for, a head to head with not one but two heavy weights. A few things to note, the Anvil was heated from cold, it was not pushed to its limit and each vape is packed to its optimal fill level.

EDIT: I wanted to add that the Anvil is using the half bowl with a capacity of .07g at the most, these were full so I'd say they're right around that .06-.07g mark.

Thanks to everyone on FC for all your interest and awesome support of the Anvil. Today was our planned pre-order date so we could ship and have the first production Anvils in customers hands to enjoy this US Thanksgiving. As most launches go, we were too excited and ambitious with our plans. In the early hours of Saturday morning, we crashed our main CNC machine while machining the herb chambers. We had an error in the code that got overlooked and the machine drove its spindle into the rotating material and destroyed itself, sounded like a big car crash.

Repair technicians are already booked, but this will set us back a few weeks for the assessment, parts ordering, installation and calibration. We don't currently have a new pre-order date, but new goal is Anvils for Christmas.

@PaperClouds Awesome side by side videos. The Anvil sure is a cloud monster, looks like it was the only one where the vapor was so thick that you couldn't see the inner glass tube. We get a lot of pm's and dm's asking if the Anvil's clouds are smoke or really vapor. Yes, every video we have posted of the Anvil is pure vapor, no combustion. To prove it, we will be holding a Whitewall Challenge for all the pre-order Anvil customers with prizes and bragging rights. Keep watching this thread for more info.

Thanks for the well wishes @Justpassedu It was pretty scary, good thing the machine has safety lock-outs and needs to be closed to operate and keep all flying shrapnel inside. Anvil will just be delayed a little.

After to see that thread I tried something:
took a glass one-hitter, a stainless steel cylinder which fits the one-hitter and a glow capsule loaded into, I heat it with a double torch for 12-15s and can get similar results than shown in the halloween video! I'm not claiming my quick idea to be better or even comparable to the Anvil, I'm just glad it worked

Black might be ready on time. We don't want to promise anything that isn't already ready and have anymore launch delays. Anodized Heat Shields will be available as a stand alone product in a bunch of colors, so you can change colors of your Anvil anytime.

Pre-Orders are already discounted so there won't be any additional discounts. Anvils have a lot of advanced manufacturing processes, many of which are very costly and need to be very precise. Our current pre-order price is less than the cost to manufacture the Anvil 100% in Canada. As batch sizes increase, we hope to lower our cost through economies of scale.

Back again! This time to talk about the full blow which takes this device to an entirely different level. Using ground material thing produces insanely thick vapor, some of thickest vapor I've really ever seen. Even whole nugs produce really thick vapor which once again reminds of Supreme. Anyways!

Forgot to take a picture of the ground ABV but it was just as even as the half bowl. Above is the results of the whole nug bowls, the nug in the back was broken down to show the inside while the one in the front was kept whole.

Most probably you are aware of this, but just to be sure -> currently the links to the different herb chambers are just going to the "start page"

Will there also be a package that contain all chambers? so both the full- and the half- straight bowl and also the helix ones?

To add to kanal’s question around the straight bowel vs helix bowl, does the helix bowl just speed up the heat times or is it expected to effect the quality/quantity of the vapor?
