Agreed. Issue is that Arizer is, as a company, one of the OG's in the community and YLL is one of the young contenders. Add to that the "melting cooling unit" problems with the Angus 1.0 and you get to where we are today. Personally I don't understand why vape "influnencers" aren't recommending the AE along with the Mighty and Solo III, other than actual company size, and support issues that creates, I'm finding YLL's devices to be every bit as nice and their vapor every bit as tasty as Arizer's and SB's.do not understand why this ae vape does get the respect like solo3. anyone that can explain it? just tried s3 against my ae 2 days. ae tastes and performs as well if not better in many ways..
Well we can’t compare vapes in this threads…but just point this: i tried the solo 2, mighty, and mighty +do not understand why this ae vape does get the respect like solo3. anyone that can explain it? just tried s3 against my ae 2 days. ae tastes and performs as well if not better in many ways..

The AE can stand he flavor much more time than that vapes ime…. Recently i gave to try the AE to a friend who had one of that vapes (the most famous one) and he noticed along the session the flavor is better and for a longer time (and, with better high). He sold the vape and go back to combustion some time ago because the popcorn taste after a few minutes using 0,25g
This vape is not much known, but the ones I recommended it (considering what they were looking for, of course) just love it.
Actually if i want to vape at home i use to vape with a butane one, but if I want a long session or I meet friends… the angus is the way to replicate/compete with their joints…or satiate me the same time they finish their joints
Yeah, I think that there were also some off smells that some people experienced with some of the original model, which I never experienced, but some big FC influencers did. Plus an unfortunate incident where YLL was accused of faking or having counterfeit ECC logo by a now FC staff member. Which led to YLL posting their certificate that could be independently verified on the ECC site.Agreed. That's interesting, I didn't have an issue with the CU on mine but it was an early one, so maybe tighter specifications before they were manufactured in larger quantities. Tough to say...Yeah I admit my experience of thr OG was utterly terrible. But almost all of that poor experience was the awful CU. I'm only interested in trying the new model because the CU has been thrown out completely which gives me faith in the designer.
I should share more before. I use it for long sessions and i always forget to rec and share thingsI'm not sure how many people have this vape yet, but I would love to see more videos of people having a session with it. Pics of the avb etc.
A LG phone charger block with a usba to usbc cable. Rated at 5.0v/1.8a. I use it for all my usbc charging needs. Can I ask AE owners what usb-C charger they are using to charge the batteries in the device? Not external charger, what wall plug brand/rating etc.
it does not come with wall charger. i bought a usb-a to usb-c wall charger - 18 watt, 3 amp fast charger type for $10 from amazon. after first charge, it charges with 1 hour if batteries contains about 20% charge left. Can I ask AE owners what usb-C charger they are using to charge the batteries in the device? I’m loving the AE but it will not charge the batteries internally. I have two sets of 18650’s and I’m currently having to charge them in an iSpire wand (I don’t own an external charger).
My retailer is fantastic and has asked for the unit back to test/potentially replace so I am going to return it today.
I’ve tried a ton of different wall plugs / cables and none work. Wondering if anyone else has expeirenced “fussiness” charging this device with certain USB plugs.
Cheers.
So nothing super special then? I’ve tried a ton of 5w/10w usb A and C chargers and never managed to get it to take any charge.A LG phone charger block with a usba to usbc cable. Rated at 5.0v/1.8a. I use it for all my usbc charging needs.

the ae comes with a good usb-a to usb-c cord.
secret- get match pair of molicel p28a flat top li-on batteries. high quality batteries are need for the AE they need higher rated continuous discharge amps to perform well.

This is what I wanted to hear. Thanks. I have tried both an iPad (usb c-c) charger and my steam deck charger and neither work. I’m just worried my retailer (as good as they are) will say it charges fine for them and is a “me” issue.I charge it withan ipad charger and the steamdeck charger
i've bought 4 of these they are the ones i use on my angus enhanced and several other modern vapes, perfectly. if your unit doesn't charge contact yll's rep. email him. This is what I wanted to hear. It is a specialty cable to use the software and change the temps. You can’t do it without it (or, at least, with a normal one)Hi everyone, thinking of getting an AE and hopefully someone will know the answer to my question. What is the difference between the USB-c charging cable and USB-c programming cable? I mean it can be a specialty cable, or can it?
Thank you for your quick response. I guess I'll add it to the cart.It is a specialty cable to use the software and change the temps. You can’t do it without it (or, at least, with a normal one)
Hi gang, I got my Angus enhanced on Friday, works great and gets me baked but the batteries won’t charge in the device. Tried two different sets, using multiple different chargers/adapters/powerbanks - it lights up and flashes like it’s charging but never takes any charge. I’ve left it for hours, all day today but no change in level.
I charge the same batteries in my wand and they charge fine and work when put back in the AE. I don’t have an external charger.
Anyone experienced this? It seems like a fault tbh, it’s amazing apart from that.
Buy a external battery charger, best way to always have spares ready for next round of bowls.Hi gang, I got my Angus enhanced on Friday, works great and gets me baked but the batteries won’t charge in the device. I struggle with dexterity and that’s not to say I can’t change batteries, but I tend to scrape them/damage them when swapping them in and out of a device all the time. I also don’t like having them exposed all the time.Buy an external battery charger, best way to always have spares ready for next round of bowls.
