Gave it a try with my torch quartz banger though, and you're not wrong ... does yield good effect and flavour

I would hope my opinion wouldn't be wrong, since it's just my own But you're using a shitty (clear?) banger, wait until you try a proper 710coils 30mm opaque!

I am always interested in your opinion and what you are currently using and why ... your a large part of the reason I'm trying one of these opaque bangers

Think you misunderstood me here ... of course your opinion isn't wrong ... just meant as it correlates to my experience.

Not sure if its the opaque (I use with and without opaque inserts) that is making a difference but I'm getting toasted of my 25mm QB way more than my liger 20mm with sapphire or SiC. Liger w/ sapphire tends to produce smoother vapor and longer lasting taste throughout, but it doesn't give the full spectrum effect that I get when I hit the magic temp on this 710coils gear. Maybe I haven't dialed in my temps correctly on the liger gear but difference in effects is quite significant to me so far. Good stuff Shane!

Tbh, I’m even okay with tomorrow, just as long as this batch is up to Shane’s HIGH standards.

Its the unicorn blood that is added to each of my bangers. It was that or troll crack =P

The other day I had a customer over and I handed him one of my 25mm opaque bangers and a gavel. I asked him to show me the gavel. He showed me my banger and said "This has to be it" He was quite wrong =P

I have done the above test on several people with the same outcome. I feel it shows that my bangers have more to them than most other bangers out there. Part of what helped me come up with my banger specs were all the american bangers I had been using and taking the best parts of all and combining into mine

I just got some pics of my latest round of bangers coming and they look amazing!!!!! My manufacturer is straight killing it with these and I cannot wait to show you all the latest run as I feel they look like they are going to be the best batch yet.

Coils shipped out last night and should be here by Monday (Sorry for the delay)

I also ordered a few dab tools that I will post on my shop once they land.

Shane, Stop poaching unicorns! I'm glad you went the healthier route though as last time I got into the troll crack it stunted my growth and made my hair all weird.

Still loving the 30mm opaque and Pi Cap. I've dropped that cap so many times it should have been broken 5 times over by now. I never the drop the caps I don't like so I must like this one a lot.

Any 18mm joint or too early still?

I also ordered a few dab tools that I will post on my shop once they land.

Can you spill any more details about these? I assume they are glass? Point tip?

@biohacker I have 18mm to 14mm reducers coming so you can use my 14mm bangers on 18mm pieces =)

Dab tools are the typical pencil shape. I am working to get some made to spec. I want the pencil end and the eraser end I want flattened to be like a flat dab tool or can be used like a spoon to scoop up loose dabs. I feel that would be a tool that would be more useful since both ends would serve a purpose.

@Easywider Troll crack is way too hard to kick and unicorn blood has been going up in price!!! I am looking into other magical creatures/beings to integrate into my gear to give it that leg up on the competition =P

And your cap is just showing you how magical it is by surviving all the drops without harm. I am banking that cap had a few extra drops of unicorn blood =P

Well, it appears I got bad information(from elsewhere!) and it turns out I can't use the coil I bought. Clearly I should've checked with @710Coils, but I didn't, so I'm paying the price. That leads me to two questions:

1) Which coil should I order so that it fits the NewVape ShowerHead with the coil cover?
2) In the meantime is it safe to shorten the coil I do have or is there some reason I should not do that?

Lesson learned: even if you think you're sure it's better to double check. That way you don't end up ruining your weekend, having to spend extra money and waiting another ~10 days for a replacement like me

Hey 710, are the current 30mm slitted inserts the improved ones you were talking about a while ago? Also, will colored PI caps be back in stock soon? I have my finger on the trigger (30 mm clear bottom, 30 mm slit opaque insert combo, PI cap, mood mat, etc.....)

@sarkunit the 30mm slit are due back in stock soon and all I currently have is the non slit versions. Quartz Pi is getting more colors and I have already pre paid for 6 sets of whatever new awesome colors he gets. Bangers and coils are all due later this week and more will follow =)

@alltoreup Soon the female joint will be in the mix and will be built out for all shapes and sizes. Just like the 45 degree stuff. =)

Its looking like I will have shirts in 2 or 3 weeks and have also ordered some hoodies. There will also be the ninja version of our logo. It will just be the Octopus without the 710 coils on the bottom and the 710 origami logo on the front chest area. These should be subtle enough and still be noticeable to anyone who is part of the club =P

Did I mention the coils and bangers shipped finally....

I just saw this on the FP-thread:

I bought one of these coils in expectation of my NewVape shipment which I received today. Unfortunately it would appear the coil is too tall to fit the SH with coil cover. The end of the coil goes all the way to the end of the SH threads and it's not possible to screw the nut on. Either that or I'm being a klutz. For now it seems like I have to order another coil and wait a bit longer before I get to do a test drive.

Could I shorten the coil or is that ill-advised?

I'm very interested in your opinions on that, or better in your personal experiences, cause I've ordered 3 of the tall barrel ones for my Showerhead as replacements after someone told here they also would work with the Showerhead.

edit: For the benefit of future readers I will re-iterate that this is in no way @710Coils' fault, I've only received excellent service from them. Just don't get the 'Extra tall 20mm barrel coil' for your ShowerHead thinking you'll save money because it won't fit

One cut at the end of the wrap down the next wrap should be the right size. But does it work w/o damages for the function of the coil?

I wrote I'm running the SH with one of 710s 20mm standard coils, maybe this caused a misunderstanding

Please don’t consider cutting it down to size, as I understand it the coil is hollow with a nichrome wire or ribbon running throughout. So yeah, don’t try this at home. Sorry for those affected by this. Bummer!

Had a highdea this morning while scrubbing my 25mm banger to get the crusty off that my other soak didn’t. Baking soda and a drop of dishwashing liquid work great with a qtip but I was like it’d be great if I could move this qtip faster...and then the highdea. My old electric toothbrush might fit in here...2 minutes later I’m power scrubbing the banger to sparkly clean with zero effort Thought I’d share

I also found a pie plate that I’d forgotten to scrape from my last batch of goodies. I love forgotten dabs

No, the TC is in the end...you cannot just trim coils, sadly
