Oh man oh man, what is the "typical" turnaround for a PD? I'm hoping to have one before Easter weekend when I go up to visit my family....

So is there a general consensus on the top 5 best grinders? I'm using the orange acrylic grinder that came with my volcano. I'm thinking I would like to use something nicer as I picked out a tiny spec of orange plastic in the ground-up herb that had chipped off while grinding. How's the SSV grinder?

I'm in the process of trying to decide on which route to take as well. Initially, I figured that I would keep a set amount of dry stuff around, and as it dwindles down, pull out a set amount the "fresh" stuff and let it dry. By drying a whole bunch at once, the dregs would be dried to a crisp...

if you're putting equal amounts of weed in a pd as a 'cano, wouldn't you be achieving similar results in terms of efficiency? or do you ultimately end up using more weed in a volcano because you can put more into it? i'm really only looking to get a nice buzz no, not get wasted, well, not get...

Thanks. yeah, I've been rocking joints so pretty much anything is more efficient than that! I'm looking forward to rocking the 'cano as my day-to-day user, but it'd be nice to have that second option, when I feel like mixing it up. I will definately look into the PD. I guess it's kind of a good...

so do you guys recommend buying a ssv directly from them? i was thinking of getting a rainbow ssv from tokinglx... it looks like he actually has the ssv, at least the colored ssvs a little cheaper than getting them straight from 7th floor?

I need one today or tomorrow. If not in NYC, do you know anyone that has reasonable overnight shipping? I tried ordering a volcano and they were asking 40 to 60 bucks for overnight. I'm also on the lookout for a SSV or PD..... I'm a total newbie...
