Fair enough, but I would have thought the sticker & card would fall into the same category. I didn't order (or pay for) a sticker or card, they just included it in the package. I wasn't disputing it, I just thought the fact that they want the 2 cheap freebies back, but not the more expensive...

I think it's funny that they want the sticker, card, and red stripe returned, yet they don't ask for return of the t-shirt or water adapter. :lol:

Yeah, Ploom has been awesome in every dealing I have had with them. Glad you liked the cap idea! It definitely keeps the smell down!

Good choice. I have owned 2 Pax for a little over a year. Last night one of them stopped heating completely. My other one did that in April, and they sent me a brand new replacement because it could not be fixed. So each of my Pax required using the warranty in about a year. I love them so much...

Is a refund an option? If you go to the website the only options are return for replacement, repair, or store credit.

Pinnacle water tube. Cool little unit. Made for the Pinnacle, but has a 14mm fitting on the bottom so it is very versatile. Very smooth for such a small unit. I don't have a Pinnacle, but I bought one of the water tubes to use with my Pax and the Ascent when it arrived. Just got my Ascent...

The only downside was the wind blowing out the lighter. It's been a long time since I've used a lighter. I forgot how annoying the wind can be :lol:

Absolutely. I don't expect to be a zombie all the time, but my problem is I don't have the zombification option yet. That will be remedied in October. What setting on the dial is zombie? :lol:
