    Phase3 Vaporizers

:D Hey now, a highdea tried is a highdea learned! :haw: One thing about frit as a screen is I think it needs to be wafered like a semiconductor or something to make it easier to clean, that way crumbs don't get so embedded in the nooks and crannies of the disk and clog the pores. I remember...

    Rosin Technique....Easy DIY Solventless

Can you post a link to the carts? I've been using Ccells for years and they have always had a cotton wick that sits around the ceramic heater that the oil must first wick through. You can see the cotton through the inlet holes.

    Phase3 Vaporizers

Whoops yeah that's correct, decrease the pressure! Good catch, I think too much Girl Scout Cookies is increasing my vapor pressure  :science: @lazylathe Jojo mentioned that he tried a fritted disk as a screen and it was too restrictive, @Stu also had a thread about experimenting with a...

    Quartz Banger Thread

Did a cold start torched dab the other day straight off the Quartz, was really nice for a change. Very simple and clean!

    Gentle-izing Concentrate Intake?

Upgrading to something like an enail would give you more surface area for your oil to vaporize and allow you to get larger hits at lower temperatures.

    Phase3 Vaporizers

Yeah it seems to work well with a good variety of different glass pieces. I was thinking it would be cool to have blue, green, pink, red, and clear. Maybe even orange if I can get those. It wouldn't really do much to increase the diameter of the heater because the 19mm male joint is only 12mm...

    Phase3 Vaporizers

Adding more spheres to the joint doesn't work, they soak up all the hot air and cool it back down! I was bummed out that didn't work. I have another vape design kinda inspired by this concept that I want to try though. The clear pearls are 4mm sapphires, I used 6mm rubies in an earlier version...

Collyland Aromatizer (formerly Vapbong by Art of Vapor)

Dang that shark vape is so sick!! Still think this is the coolest vape on the market! IT'S VERKING!! :science:

    Rosin Technique....Easy DIY Solventless

Every time I tried to make carts that way you could taste the wax lipids burning on the ccell. Even tried with BHO wax that was cleaner than flower rosin. It actually did have good flavor at first but as you vape it more and more of those unvaporizable lipids get charred onto the heater. I...

    Phase3 Vaporizers

:rockon: As far as timeline - the heater design is pretty much done, I need to check if my glassblower is working or not right now during all this COVID stuff. Still want to get a custom bowl made - it seems to vape evenly within the hot zone, but since the female to male adapter I'm...

    Phase3 Vaporizers

Thank you! I remember that thread for sure, I had a flowerpot at the time but I was still interested in buying one of your ceramic heaters :D :smug:  Gonna try and get the gears turning today and see if I can come up with anything new in the vaporverse!

Reliable E-Nail controller? Advised and purchased, thanks FC!

I need to see when I got my MaxVapor, with its updateable architecture its aged like a fine wine! The Auber is great value too, I need to get another PID so I can run my sapphire flower vape and sapphire dab setup at the same time.

    Phase3 Vaporizers

Definitely!! There's some pretty interesting stuff out there that I've been researching. As you noticed though, most of those band heaters only go down to 25mm which I think is just a little too large for anything with a 19mm joint. Reason being, the inner diameter of the male joint at its...

Loss of interest for water filtration...

I've had a theory for a number of years that a lot of the perceived harshness might come from cooling the vapor - "slamming on the brakes" and forcing the vapor out of phase, back into a liquid. But I can't really quantify it, just something I've wondered through observation.

    Dynavap VapCap

Well lab glass condensers are specifically designed for cooling vapors - that's why it makes a great material for vape stems. Most of the spiked stems on the market are just a play on the Vigereux Condenser. Personally I feel that cooling vapors is very different from designing a CPU heat sink...

Thank you!! Much respect bro! Appreciate you stopping by and saying that  :evil::evil: Testing a bit of freshly trimmed super lemon haze in the InV today! :science: I believe it may be considered "scrumptious" on your side of the pond! :D Thank you! I did consider an...

    Dynavap VapCap

Well... It is subjective because there is more than one form of heat transfer. With a name like Planck you should be very well aware of that! Then you might want to walk into a science lab and study all the various glass condenser designs from the last couple hundred years, specifically...
