30*250mg = 7500 mg THC. So yeah ~10g is correct. 250mg capsules are crazy strong though. From your example, 75% BHO is 3x as potent as flower so you only need 1/3 of the material. 1g of BHO has 750mg of THC.

If you can buy it premade, BHO will be the easiest and most consistent method for making capsules. BHO is typically 70-80%, so for a capsule w/ 250mg THC you would need roughly 1/3 of a gram of BHO. I'd say it's practically impossible to reach that same concentration with flower.
