Yes it screws in, you can use the reload debowler if you have it. Try to keep it centered and push it slightly to start screwing it into the thread. It was probably me then, I think I might have over tightened a few before realising this. Sorry! :uhoh: Everyone with a tempest please make sure...

It’s important to keep the screen flat and not to over tighten it otherwise there is no friction and it can just come loose. If you have a reload roll it over the screen from both sides repeatedly to flatten it

Helix tube, open, no SCU. I’m holding the airport closed for most of the draw and flutter a bit.

I plan do make a full assembly / disassembly video, but I can’t promise that it’s going to be ready for the release. No, it’s 1mm wider in diameter and borosilicate instead of quartz.

Less likely with the new changes to the leather case unfortunately. I expect end of Dec now, but there are always more delays so January is more likely. Tempest Kit

I’ve yet to pick the final colors, still waiting for some samples. Probably in the next 2-3 weeks :)

Finally it arrived  The black coating is coming off very easily on the inside of the black debowler unfortunately. It would be fine for the final models but I decided to not to include these with the kit or make them available at all. I'm not keen on the looks and it gives extra mass to...

Probably never, only if you tear it somehow. The o-ring that holds the airflow tube is a bit tighter now so when you pull it out of the leather case holding the MP you won't pull them apart slightly from the CU.

The vapor will be warmer, but the wood won’t get as hot. If you go crazy the wood can heat up as well though

That's right, you'd need these two: Tempest Head Radiator Sleeve

The DV is less magnetic, the tempest is running around 100W in the wand, the DV is more like 35W ish. I’m not sure about the Dani, I don’t have the IH compatible cap.

When you heat it the squeaking is probably the wand. When you're drawing on it or it's cooling down then for me it sounds more like a ticking noise. Try not to touch it for a while to see if it helps.

Yes, it's the visual indicator moving. Do you touch the cap frequently? Does the cap smell like it?

The bowl won't be heated by the IH directly as that part doesn't have the induction layer like around the balls and the indicator. The coils starts a bit further down in the wand than the red silicone on the screen side of the device. If you have the glass cup higher up then the heating will...

You can also try to overheat it a little and wait until it cools back a bit following the indicator, that way the bowl is heated more thoroughly before you start drawing on it.

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

It's not as easy to make it even as it is inside because of the shorter cooldown time. It's also very windy here most of the time and I vape 1-2 bowls daily outside. You can try a looser fill to improve the hot airflow through the herb to make it more even. Try to pack it with the hoover / straw...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

The bottom of the glass cup should be about 0.5mm inwards from the silicone, just a tiny bit. That's how mine is set up. There might be slight differences between the exact position of the coil in each wand. I didn't notice much difference though. I'll start working on it soon  It's...

Never noticed it with any of my wands, could you please take out the silicone and smell if it’s maybe that? It should be sealed around the coil and so the smell would have to come from the buttons or the battery instead if it’s something internal.
