Hahaha yes that is hilarious that he said that, the whole reason people here were calling him that, because auto translate was showing the finnish word for quote in the bottom of emails... He actually used to be a member here originally, so that's probably why he also finds it funny and is taking it in stride, people would reply to the emails and say hi that way, never being corrected, so it was only here in this thread where that came up and was discovered... Been a long while since anyone made that mistake here lol

Yeah haha Also there are other people working with him now so someone else could be replying in emails, so that can be the name for all of them lol ville was his username here, though I'm not sure if that was actually his first name...

No...I am speaking with the head guy...for a long time...he is remarkable. I know he has a team working with and for him...he is not in Finland...but, he shared with me lots of thoughts and is a very wonderful person...

I’m going to have to contact TM about my heater fading out. Seems to me a lot of these. I can’t find a US phone number, are US residents communicating with them via email, or calling in the middle of out night? Or is there a number I haven’t found yet?

i have always heard back quickly via email and you need to run everything through tm anyway. at their instructions you would send it into vgoodiez for us service

I went back and read the first 15 pages of this thread and got a headache. Wow...that was intense. I now know his name...LOL...and I love my TM's all versions of them. I am happy it turned out great for him...
