TinyMight / TM 2

Greetings all....
I'm hoping someone can direct me to information on getting replacement Oven screens and Cooling Unit screens. I realize POV has them and others may as well, but I'm hoping there are standard replacement equivalents...

Has anyone sleuthed that out for the Tiny Might 2?
Actually measured with my caliper gauge
Stock CU screen 11mm dia and is very fine, thus it plugs up fast.
The CU ID measures slightly less than 11mm, and the ledge is 10mm inner diameter.

Screen for the metal oven sleeve is apparently 17mm OD, (11/16 = 17.5mm), however a OEM screen I have measured 18mm OD.
18mm is hard to stuff into the 16mm ID sleeve.
A 16 mm screen will fall out.

For anyone interested, vgoodiez has their 4/20 sale up for the tm2 (PH included)! Just got myself a PH unit with the rocket stem and some extra screens. Just waiting for the bowl to come back in stock to grab that!
Nice! I'm going to order one from them today (will be my first). I went through a bunch of pages in this thread last night - was debating on whether PH is worth the extra $50 for the upgraded heater surround and additional accessories.

I travel and fly with my TM2 often and never an issue.

Curious, do have any of you travel internationally with TM2? I am so tempted to take mine to Mexico...
I'd say research the specific country a bit. I was in India recently and lost a couple of nice nic vapes on the internal flights. They were even asking if my flashlights were nic vapes and if I couldn't defend it they took it. So be able to defend whatever you say it is. nice hand warmer you got there

I have not did any traveling with my TM2 or any other vapes but an idea i had if i ever did was to take it with some tobacco in it and have a packet of tobacco in the case with it so when asked I would just say it is for vaping tobacco.

Even if they check that it is a weed vape you can just say "I dunno about that, I use it to vape tobacco"

Only thing is not sure fi you can take batteries with you when travel on an airplane but I might be wrong.

Just obviously make sure you do a deep clean before travel on planes with it.

Domestically in the U.S. batteries need to be in a carry on and not in checked baggage. I’ve done the same internationally. My TMs have been on domestic flights (Hopper went with me to Amsterdam several years ago). No issues with having them in a carryon with batteries removed (and a clean non-smelling vape never hurts either). But yes, it’s possible to air travel with TMs just be aware of where you’re going with it - and pack it well.

BTW I found a small hard shell case by Smartbag which is a new storage and travel solution, works well so far with extra room and well protected and terribly big. The only problem is I have 2 TMs and need to get another case, lol.

i was going to confirm what Vaporific posted. As long as vape is clean, i like the tobacco idea

Finally ordered mine a couple of days ago; planning for this to be my 'carry around' vape, as I'm averse to using torches, and even more so outside / in public.

Would've bought one sooner, but I'm a cheap bastidge, and waited for it to go on sale (not knowing when I decided this that I'd have to wait almost a year -- sigh)

On the other hand, at least I'll have the updated version, which seems to hold up better under use.

Finally thinking about getting the TM2 with the VGoodiez special. But struggle between the Walnut and PH. It seems from what I've read the PH is more difficult to control the heat for low temp vaping. Generally, I like to take longer slower hits with my vapes. However I do appreciate the ability of my P80 to do a one hit extraction when I load it lightly. Is the PH good for a one hit extraction if you load it lightly? If so, is it any better than the Walnut edition. And generally is the Walnut better for long slow low temp draws?

I don't see why that would matter at all, they both have full ranges, should be equally capable at either level... The differences seem much more subtle than that? My TM2 walnut original does not even have all of the latest upgrades, and it has no issues with these tasks (nor did the oak TM1 honestly)

I'm also looking at grabbing something for the sale and I'm stuck between the tm2 and venty. I already have a mighty+ but the venty improvements are appealing and i use that daily with capsules when im on the go. However I do love my terpcicle and I feel like the tm2 would be close to that in terms of awesome flavor. I'm leaning towards the tm2 for a change. Probably grab the venty on black Friday. So I guess is there any similarities with the tm2 and terpcicle in terms of flavor and vape signature?

No similarities in signature. The TM2 is pure convection. It has maybe the best flavour bar none though imo. Turn the dial to 3 and it is terp perfection.

When I use each of my TMs, each has its own signature. I actually see the differences between individual devices as greater than between a Walnut or PH.

Ditto. Could be a slight calibration difference but I’ve noticed this too; I have an OG TM with a new board and a PH TM2 and they ‘behave’ a bit differently however both fantastic vapes. And my favorites!

Here is my travel bag. The separator sleeve attaches by Velcro for flexibility and more protection, and the other side has a nice mesh pocket and room to store things. I should get a second!
