It seems very unlikely to me that a counterfeit device would perform anything like an authentic tinymight.

Was thinking about buying another cooling unit with the short stem but find it a bit pricy. Any suggestions to get something similar for cheap in Canada? A not too long stem that got nice cooling with a not so big bowl to vape 0,05-0,1. Saw the GRAV ones but they do not ship to Canada.

I received my TM2 and it's great. Just great. I had an og, a 1.5 and now a 2. The 2 is the best.
The OG was a stinky hot mess.
The 1.5 was a huge upgrade. Didn't smell like sea hag. Great taste. Heater didn't feel like I was trying to break a horse.
The 2 is a further refinement. It's a polished product. I've read people claiming that there is no difference in the vapour but there is! It's different. I cant describe it like much of the connoisseurs here but it seems fluffier and the heater is a bit more efficient and poweful. Maybe its the airflow? How the heater interacts with the board? It's not a drastic difference but it's there. I like it. I like it a lot. I'm able to get bigger and thicker hits on lower levels then I could on the 1.5. The session mode also works better. I can cruise on level 3 in session mode (with nice big clouds) or I can kill a bowl in one hit on a hotter level (bigger clouds).
I also got some dosing caps which I find useful to use on go. I think they work great in session mode but are not a necessity. I find bareback works best for ondemand. There seems to be more of a range of experiences.
I have to say if you haven't used this through a glass water pipe dry... DO IT. DO IT NOW! I can't believe I didn't do it earlier. This thing shines so bright on a water piece. I love it in the winter when I leave the bong in the garage and hit her ice cold (perks of Canadian winters).
The pick tool!!! I love it. It's so cool how they integrated it into the use of the device.
The only negatives I have is that it's bigger. I really like the in hand feel of the 1st gen. The 2 feels good too and has a way better fit and finish.
Battery cap on mine was so tight. I almost had to get some pliers to open it the first time and I have a pretty solid grip. Smooth as butter after the first opening. Doesn't seem easy to cross thread.
The titanium stem was also filthy. Had to iso soak it for 24 hours and it still had black and grey residues (machine oil?) on the inside. Works nicely but I prefer glass.
There was also a bit of a wood taste at first. Nowhere near as strong as the previous gens. This has dissipated over time and is barely there now. Reminds me a bit of the tetra p80.
I think it's a great upgrade. The upgrades are more than just aesthetically pleasing. Their is real use in them. It's not a drastic upgrade and I think the argument of their worth is subjective. However it's a great piece of tech and it's been a great privilege to experience the evolution of it.

I think there are a lot variables but my batteries seem to last a bit longer with the tm2 then previous generations.

Just received my TM2, can anyone tell me if the following is normal. The dial to adjust the heat I couldn't move with my fingernail so I used a knife to twist it and it was fairly hard to turn even with the knife. And it didn't stop at 0 and 10 like the TM1, you could just spin it around and around. After a few times a round it became easier to turn. I assumed I could just turn it back and it would tighten up again but it didn't. When I turned it on for the first time prior to touching the dial it would turn on and then back off. Tried it with a different molicel and the same happened. After I adjusted the dial now it stays on. Was all this normal, especially the part about the dial not stopping at 0 and 10?? Thanks.
When the temp is set to 0 it won't stay on. It is at 0 be default. Have to turn the dial up. When I first got mine I read it wrong. Thought it said it was on 7 when it was really at 0. When I tried to turn it down it wouldn't move cause it was already at 0

That doesn’t sound right to me (and I recall someone in this thread having to send back their unit for servicing for this reason).
That could be it, it took me a sec to figure out there was a little etching on one side of the dial. I'll just monitor it, thanks. I definitely don't like the entire dial part, it's impossible to see at all angles, I have to tilt it to see the numbers, and there not very dark at all. And I don't like that it doesn't stop at 0 and 10. I have noticed that it does have a little resistance when at those numbers, just doesn't seem right to me. And the etching on the dial needs more, I don't know, just more everything. Seriously not trying to bash it before I even use it, still the best portable out there, but my 2 months of wishy washness trying to get over the battery and poker just meant that apparently I didn't like any of the new changes, lol.

I believe 2 is the minimum temp to turn it on, at least I’d is on my OG TM with a replaced board (essentially a 1.5 now). I’ve never had a temp dial issue where it spins around unbounded but it doesn’t sound right or good. I thought the TM2 has lines on it like the TM. You can make a little mark on the dial itself to denote the actual side of the dial (I know someone who did).

Because I couldn't get it out of my damn state with DHL. And the post office wanted me to fill out a form, which I didn't feel comfortable lying on. I was just about to hit send until it just hit me......what if this one is defective and I have to send it back.
This could potentially suck.It does, but they're practically non existant. If I look exactly straight down I can't see anything, it has to be tilted slightly to the left or right.

Hey man, I didn't even realize you didn't mention anything about how your dial spins......will it go fully around, or does it stop at 0 and 10? There is a little resistance at those numbers but you can still easily turn past them.
Edit : Ok last two, I promise, 1 more negative and hey, a positive! The titanium stem is fairly loose when inserted and you can't adjust the pressure on the o-ring to tighten it up like my TM1. Positive.........with the titanium stem in, it sure is purdy! Like it better than any combo I could find with my TM1.

There are bad copies of the TinyMight being sold around, specially in certain Chinese online markets, hence Chinamight.
