I have a problem with my Roffu, the glass/metal filling Chambers that slot into the oven have become so loose they now fall out the unit, has anyone else had this happen?
When i got the unit they fit in nice and snug they are falling out when I pull the mouthpiece out now ,burnt my leg last night!

I noticed tht there are 2 O Rings in the kit. I wonder if they have something to do with it.

Ouch! My OG unit is loose (but not to the point where the oven falls off when inverted) but my new unit is quite firm and feels to almost 'lock' on to the oven...I will check it out with head office and let you know what I hear @Shorner.

Pretty sure they are for the filter disc to hold it in the oven.

Is there any new information about this issue?
I have sent another follow-up message to see how we are going with this. A quick question to those with the loose fit, did your unit come with...'Caution Hot' warning next to the heater on top of the main body of the unit or was it just blank?

Mine says: “Caution Hot”….. thought it was referring to ME! :)

I originally thought there might be an oring down near the bottom that was just breaking in, but I can’t see down the heater, as it’s a tight space between the body. If there is some kind of oring, doesn’t look like you could access it for replacement. Just speculation….

Mine didn't say caution hot on it, I found out it was hot when the bowl.fell out and burnt my leg though🤣

My glass chamber lives connected to my J-hook so it never moves. I checked with my spare chamber and I too have a loose fit but not enough for the chamber to fall off by itself, this is on my OG 'no warning' unit that has 3951 puffs on the counter.

Any word on why the chambers are getting loose and some falling out?
I have just received some info on the loose ovens, what I have been told... The consensus seems to be that the o-ring seal is damaged and needs to be replaced. We can arrange a replacement for any customer that is experiencing this issue, and in the future will be including an o-ring heating seal replacement in the box.
There is an o-ring at the bottom of the heating post that seems to get compromised. I have now asked for some help on how to swap the o-ring out as I have no idea how.
Vapefiend sent me a replacement unit
That is great they looked after you, they sound like great sellers!
I sent an email 2 days ago, still haven't heard anything.
I usually get a response after 2-6 days, they have had a lot going on just lately so there have been some delays...that said I just sent an email to chase up your problem.

Had my 1st sighting of the a Roffu for sale online in Canada. That’s good, maybe they’ll be more coming. Though I’ve purchased there, prices aren’t great and you need sales or coupons to a decent price on stuff.
