I can't get 99% ISO around here. 70% or 91%. I would get 99% if I could, but 91% seems to do fine.

Yeah 91% is more of the standard, although I was able to get 99.9 on Amazon a year ago

Also, nearly all my glass, with the exception of a j-hook and some ash catchers is 18mm. I find it is way easier to use a reducer to make an 18 into a 14 if I need to than to make a 14mm joint larger.

I still like Everclear and the concept that there are no chemicals to be concerned with if I don't fully rinse my glass after ISO. But I may be over thinking it.

99 iso isn't that hard to find in Netherlands fortunately, though I'd prefer it if I could buy just regular non poisoned ethanol without paying a huge ass tax.

Note - I am sure I will end up with both sizes in the long run, just looking for a size to start with. I've read that generally the 14mm has a little more draw resistance than the 18mm

I have a slight preference for 18mm myself, but I have glass and adapters in many sizes. If you have a piece that you prefer, I say pick that size first.

Some folks don't like it, but I really love the wooden WPA from Ed's TNT. And it works quite well with both sizes. More stable than some of my glass WPAs.

I don't think there was tax from VF either, it was more expensive direct from TM by a decent margin, but at this point I would get it from vgoodiez anyway still might

I love it…. wet or dry. It’s my daily driver. I never have to turn it upside down. Cleaning is a bunch of alcohol and some moves, but always comes clean. I feel like I have a real glass water piece.

Does anyone with prototypes / close to TM / retailers know what type of material the new "metal" part(s) added to heater/heater chamber are? I'm assuming SS, maybe aluminum, but curious if it's anything else.

Sorry if this is a bit anal, I'm usually strictly glass path besides ss screens and I'm just looking for as clean an airpath as possible

The HighArtisan Terp Pill stems for the TM. I read that you can fit it with a mouthpiece from a different product, if you don't like wooden mouthpieces.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Mines arrived, its a work of art

The wood is beautiful and it feels a lot more solid than the OG no light leaks either!!
Not tested it yet but first impressions of look and feel of it are really good, definite improvement over the OG.
