Induction Heater MAD Heaters - Innovative Dynavap Accessories

@Brenyo what a wonderful surprise. Thank you so much. I’ve just walked back from my mailbox with a Beta Gen2 Revolve. I participated in the write a review raffle.

I’ve just put my hands on it and the words coming out of my mouth aloud are damn and wow. This is like the Swiss Army knife of Dynavap stems. It’s got everything and for the most part if you don’t like any of the features you can remove or bypass them in some way. It feels far superior to Gen 1 both because of finish and weight. Gen 2 is heavier if I remember correctly? Also Included in my package was a direct flow insert, some extra O rings, and a paper describing some of the problems that arouse from the beta units that the production models should have fixes for. Now to dive in. Thanks again @Brenyo people are going to love this.

Here is a shot of three Revolves. Beta Gen1 on top, gen1 in the middle, beta gen2 on the bottom.

Galactic thanks and commendations to @Brenyo for this opportunity to check out the beta of the Gen 2 Revolve! My time on it is short, but so far I am really enjoying the feature upgrades. Especially the new secondary cooling unit... Bren mentioned those will be available with the new mouthpieces for Gen 1 as well, so I think I'll need to grab em for my V1, cause its a pretty dope addition, imo.

Very jealous! Was hoping to hear the thud of a beta drop through my postbox this week, but I guess I can wait another month for pre-orders.

In the meantime I might need to pick up a new Reload. As much as I love my black Reload, I've seen a few pictures of them in green recently and this picture might have just pushed me over the edge.

If it's going through Chicago then it could take up to 3 weeks to arrive. The win rate was about 15% so there's still a chance :D

Can confirm that the Revolve absolutely fucks when used in the FW8.

The revolve has given new life to my previously infrequently used vapes as well.

Mighty OG+Simrell adapter+Revolve
HR Rogue +Revolve
Obviously on all my VCs
FW7 with a NewEnglandWoodWorks or glass stem
FW8 with the same as above

This wasn't planned anymore on the 2x18650 version but might change with the 2x21700.
It adds some extra cost unfortunately and I have to make sure that the Sense is not too expensive as we have to make quite a large qty of them.

You'll be able to leave it on charge all the time without degrading the batteries and use it as a desktop heater.
Using the sense as a power bank would definitely make it have more functionality. Just need one big box in the pocket not 2. But yeah idk what the added cost is for making the port USB C-PD with reverse charging.

Did you end up adding the data lines so that it might be possible to flash an update to the sense over the usb C port?

Honestly for me personally that price increase is worth it to act as a power bank 😂 (since my phone needs charging multiple times a day). But I know I am likely in the minority. The upgradable firmware is just future proofing which I really like to see in the days of planned obsolescence.

Are you redesigning the shell, the PCB or the electronics?

All of these will have to be changed with the redesign, but we didn't set a PCB design in stone yet so that's not an issue.

I'd like to double the power output with the new batteries to around 120W so any new, more bulkier caps could be heated quicker potentially.
With the metal shell it will need very good airflow to keep it cool tho.

Wouldn't you still be limited by the conduction transfer through the flower? So a longer heat time that still allows for the maximum rate of conduction heat transfer through the flower, while heating a thicker cap (with a higher heat soak capacity) could be used to increase the convection heating (similar to how the FMJ spreads the heat out evenly and acts as a larger heat sink so that you can fully extract in 2 cycles) would work better for what is currently available?

Definitely for future proofing 120w would be great tho, if someone makes a difference tip or cap that is designed to handle that kind of power

Take My Money Dammit!
This weekend Chewie and I are out dog/house sitting for my cousin. They have a pool so I choose there. Anyway I decided it would be a good time to put my Beta up for a challenge. I brought just the one vape with me, and I will use it and only it for the entire weekend. Okay, of course I brought a spare vapcap with me, and some pipe cleaners and alcohol wipes for "just in case".

Well I am about 25 hours here. I pack half loads, but I've had at least one per hour for as long as I've been awake. This includes waking and baking a couple times during the night. The thc is about 21%.

It's going fantastic. The last time I was here I brought my Gen I and it did well, but it had to get swapped out about this point because of clogging. I don't like to clean vape gear when I'm away from home.

I am using the direct flow tube with neither the intercooler nor screens. Even without the intercooler it's fantastically cool with it's vapor. This was totally expected, the condenser is massive. Because of the size of the condenser I also expected there to be no noticeable clogging.

Here's a pic so far

While I wasn't concerned about the condenser I was concerned about the flow tube. It is much narrower and wouldn't take much to clog. Well, the condenser is doing an extremely good job. The drop-off of residue is enormous.

I'm really feeling quite positive this vape will make it easily an entire weekend of fairly heavy usage without any maintenance whatsoever. Also, for those who do stem milk the amount of resin you can collect will be insane for a vapcap. I'm assuming you can do stemmilk with titanium? I wouldn't. Stem milk is 😝 😝 😝!

I've started redesigning it for 2x21700 a couple weeks ago, however I also started working on a new product shortly after.
This new product will need full compatibilty with the IH so I'll have to wait for a prototype before I can continue... which means delays once again. :(
Great to hear things are moving. Do you consider having it take both, 18650 and 21700?
