Okay, I will take a look at the Epic WPAs. Looks like the 14mm GonG is out of stock right now...guess I'll have to wait. Which do you prefer, the SonG or GonG? I've never used silicone pieces.
I have both, but I’ve only used the GonG so far, those have been out for years so that’s what I stocked up on. They recently came out with the SonG and I picked up a couple during the BOGO sale a few weeks ago, might come in handy for travel. They ran sales for 4/20 and in May, so I’m sure they sold a lot and they’ll be restocking those 14mm GonG stems soon.

The OG is being replaced by the E-Nano Next-Gen.
It has the same proven heater as the OG, and all OG glass will be compatible.
It has same new air insulation chamber and vents of the XL so the body remains cooler at higher temps.
It has a wider more stable base similar to the XL.
They will be available in all your favorite wood choices as well as custom builds.
These will begin shipping at the end of June.
We will hold the same price as the OG for an introductory offer as long as we can, but with the price of all our materials, and rent rising we are not sure how long.

We are also introducing a new PowerStation. This has the temperature controller built in, to reduce clutter on your desk, as well as room for all your favorite accessories. It is compatible with the Next-GEn and the XL. They will be available in your choice of soldid hardwoods: cherry, maple or walnut. Price TBD with availability starting the first week in July.

Any plans to make an adapter base so the OG will fit the new power station?

Anyone happen to know somewhere you can order a replacement cord from the UK? Pretty sure mine is defective as suddenly my e-nano just heats up to the highest temp regardless of the dimmer setting. Shipping to the UK from the US is pretty expensive, and this seems like a standard figure 8 dimmer switch, but can't find one anywhere.

At the beginning of July i bought the new enano. While I think the chamber and cord orientation are improvements, the new base is making use very uncomfortable. It has a sharp edged hard plastic base that is very uncomfortable. I tried to reach out to see if there was any solution within days of receiving it, perhaps using the old base, but other than an auto response, I have yet to hear back. The lack of communication is very frustrating. I've been trying to come up with a workaround, but I may have to simply return it.

wow...that sucks. I am sorry to hear you are having problems and no answer. That was lots of money...there has to be a solution. I hope it all works out. Customer Service is so important to maintain RETURNING customers...why don't these people get this? Anyway...good luck.

There used to be a phone number on their website contact page. Did you try that?

Not sure why you haven’t heard from customer service, I’ll check with Nadia. The base is Aluminum not plastic. The NXT has a sharper shorter base, the xl has more of a softer radius. If you have an NXT I can swap you out an xl base (they are interchangeable) otherwise if you are unhappy with it, dm me and I will get you an RMA to return it.

I still haven't received any email response. What would I need to do for this fix?
(I don't know how to send dm's)

With Joda no longer having time to make stems for the e-nano (because he's making larger more beautiful pieces), is there anyone that blows custom stems? I really want something fumed and sexy for my e-nano.

Any leads on finding a glass blower?

Got a replacement cable and unfortunately the unit was still not heating up, opened up the unit and can see the ceramic heater is broke :
Would anyone know if this is a common part I can order somewhere? Trying to look on ebay for ceramic heating elements but not really finding anything like this, looks pretty similar to what is inside a soldering iron

It's looks like a ceramic stick heater element which is a relitively accessable part. However, unless you're willing to redesign/recreate the circuit involved to find out the part specs, you'd probably be better served contacting Epic for repairs. Sorry ...

Already contacted them so hopefully can order a replacement of them or they can tell me what part to get, seems like it should be a fairly simple replacement.
