Has anyone found a small soft case to hold just the TM? I put together a nice hard case from Harbor Freight which holds everything, including accessories and the small bubbler....but I would like something smaller just to lightly protect it when just using it at home. (We have these really curious cats especially one, Katushikus Maximus Caesar who is the reincarnation of a former Roman Emperor and...well you can imagine how he is...I mean forget the Catnip. I found him vaping with my other vape and I don't want him messing up my TM!)

He likes to vape and recite Shakespearean passages: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tls7rZh02bcPSNNatsC9FdcygPmz1lEd/view?usp=drivesdk

I am sure others have cat weed theft problems. Sorry for the digression.

Small TM soft cat proof case?

Looking good, @andrew`124c41+ ! Typically when I travel and I want to bring my TM, I don't bring a lot of extra glass so I just use an old camera case, almost exactly like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Case-Logic-DCB-302-Compact-Camera/dp/B003F7DWH8/ Fits the TM with the stock stem and has room to pack the Ed's TNT long stem too. I can also put in the two battery hard pack for extras. Grinder packed separately, 😉

Here is an interesting little experiment you can try with the TM dosing cap. Call it Andrew's Sledge Hammer!

THC and CBD are highly solubile in ethanol which has a BP of 174 at 1 Atm pressure.

Dry some of your favorite herb out. Where I live I can just leave it out for 30 minutes. Put your herb in the TM dosing cap.

Get a hold of some 95 percent Ever clear and put just one drop in the dosing cap with the herb. Let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes. (I don't think you have to wait that long)

Then vape using the TM. You don't need much heat! Try it and see what you think.

(No, you won't set your lungs on fire but still I make no claims and shall henceforth be held harmless for any untoward events.)

No Tiny Mights were abused or injured doing this research.

BTW, if you are not successful or think this is too much work, you can always drink the stuff!

Well I think it depends on what kind of asthma you have I guess, are you chronically asthmatic? Or only when you have a cold? Do you get asthma from being active?
Afaik, Asthma is always chronical?
For me, it gets worse when breathing cold or dry air, when exerting myself, when pollens are flying (mostly from february till december) and when having a cold.
But as you said, I guess it always depends on the individual case.

As someone who's TM just arrived today, (happy to be a part of this group) I too am curious what you used to change it?

He didn't. His next response was :

"ah ah sorry...now I noticed what I wrote.
What I meant was that if I could change one thing on the TM it would be the battery cover for an Argo-style one"

I am located in the U.S. - If I ever break down and order one of these are there any accessories or extras that I would be wise to purchase at the same time?

It would be wise to at least buy a WPA (Multi or the 18mm). Maybe some spare o rings, maybe a second cooling unit (CU depends on your favorite usage). Any additional accessories can be bought later and probably don't need to come from the manufacturer directly.

ps: The search function is not really good but I'm pretty sure this question got asked several times here. Give the search functionality a try  :peace:

I bought any and every spares available only to find out that shipping costs for accessories is just 5€.
If I were to buy it again I’d get the spare internal glass and the 18mm WPA. Just because I bought my TM thinking to buy a portable and found out later that I’d use it like an uncorded Vapexhale Evo. Imho the TM doesn’t handle well at all capsules or the loads I planned to use (0.15/0.2g). I would avoid stocking up on spare mouthpieces and CUs as I did.
The 10/14/18mm WPA is a pita to clean and its “Solo-like” bowl is too deep imho and this leads to uneven extraction.
Assuming you like using water pipes, a Wpa and the stock unit are enough imho, you will see for yourself which accessories you will need.

The Glass "honeycomb"? I find it kind of small lately :D I like to load loosely and if I don't use a steel screen small particles end up in my mouth, so its maybe unnecessary, but most J-Hooks I have seen are 14 mm

I always suggest both WPA because they are so different ;)

Haha yeah this question is asked every other page, you don't even need the search function for them, but you could search for "accessories" or "recommend" or "extras" and the posts would come up...?

I'd like to be the one to say that you need not buy anything. I didn't when I got mine, and it's fine. Of course, if you plan to use a water device from the outset, you'll want to accommodate that. But if, like most I'd venture, you plan to use the device as is (at least at first), it comes with everything you need to enjoy it _thoroughly_. Things will break and wear out over time I suppose, but unless you're unbelievably unlucky, you have time before things start breaking. Someone recommended buying a 2nd cooling unit immediately. This I cannot see. The cooling unit is pure stainless steel. It's certainly not going to break. The only advantage of having a second one is that you can throw it in while you're cleaning the first — which takes all of 5 minutes.

So I'd say kick back and enjoy (chances are near certain you will) and see what you need then. Accessories take a while to arrive so when you think you may need them, plan ahead. For the record, the only thing I got extras of beforehand, and I didn't buy them through Tinymight, is batteries. About a week ago I ordered the extra O-ring pack for when I will eventually need it. I don't use a water device . And btw, the TM deserves every accolade. Enjoy, and good luck!

Being a "be prepared" kind of guy I have backups for the oring that holds the stem that I got from them, but everything else I use with the TM I got elsewhere. I have recently purchased some of the orings that hold in the glass from a third party (on aliexpress). But just to be clear, I have not yet needed any of these orings.
And I have multiple glass WPA stems from RBT vapes as I use my TM mostly through water. I don't have one of TMs WPAs, tho I am sure they work well but the RBT stems have turned out great. So, there is nothing that you MUST get from TM with your order, tho there are a couple items that you might want later.
